About A1 Performance Training

A1 Performance Training was founded by Greg Fenner in 2013. Greg is certified in USA Weightlifting Level 2, NASM Performance Enhancement, and NSPA Speed & Agility.

A1 Performance Training offers private/group, team, and individual training sessions.

Camp Details

Train and compete this summer at our Nike Sport Performance Camp at Dulles Sportsplex! Athletes are evaluated by the coaches and placed into groups based on their age and ability.

  • Dates: July 20-23, 2026 (Monday-Thursday)
  • Age Group: 10-14
  • Gender: Coed
  • Check-In: 9:00am
  • Checkout: 12:00pm
  • Meals: Snacks are not included. Campers pack own snacks.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

  • Daily Instruction:
    • Monday & Wednesday - Speed development, agility, and quickness training
    • Tuesday & Thursday - Weight/Strength & conditioning training
  • Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
  • Nike Sports Camp T-Shirt and Potentially Other Prizes!

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Sample Sport Performance Camp Schedule

9:00am Check-In

9:15am Daily goal setting

9:20am Dynamic warm up

9:45am Weightlifting session

10:45am Cool down/stretch/break

11:00am Education session (nutrition, sports psychology, leadership, goal setting, etc.)

12:00pm Lunch

12:45pm Clean up and prep for afternoon session

1:00pm Agility/acceleration/running mechanics

2:00pm Break

2:15pm Organized games (i.e. football, soccer, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball) or Recovery (yoga, mobility, etc.)

3:00pm Check out

Dulles Sportsplex is a premier facility in Sterling, VA with several turf fields, a weight training area, and plenty of space for your camper to make lifelong memories!

  • We welcome individual campers and teams. If you come to camp by yourself, it's a great place to meet new friends who share your enthusiasm for the sport and to have FUN!

  • Our Health & Release Form does not require a doctor’s signature. This online form is required to be filled out accurately, signed by the parent (guardian), and completed before your first day of camp.

  • Yes, campers are supervised by the coaches and staff. All staff members complete criminal and sex offender background checks before working the camp.
