Introducing our Youth Speed & Agility, and Athletic Development Program specifically designed for children entering Grades 1st - 6th. This program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of speed and agility, and overall athleticism while developing a love for physical activity and healthy competition.
Coaches are experienced in working with these age groups and provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Through this program, children improve their speed and agility and more importantly, a boost to their self confidence. As children achieve small milestones and witness their progress, they will get a sense of accomplishment and excitement!

Camp Details
Instruction will develop focusing on fundamentals of footwork, bodyweight and medicine ball exercises, speed and agility, and more. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

Camp Details
Train and compete this summer at our Nike Sport Performance Camp at St. John's High School! Athletes are evaluated by the coaches and placed into groups based on their current grade (Fall '24).
- Dates: Camp: July 8-11, July 15-18
- Age Group: 6-12 | Entering Grades 1-6 Fall 2024
- Divisions: 3 Divisions: Grades 1/2, 3/4, 5/6
- Gender: Coed
- Check-In: 8:30am-9am
- Checkout: 11:00am-11:30am
- Meals: Lunch is not included. Campers pack own lunch.
Speed and Agility Program
This portion of the program is designed to work directly on sprinting mechanics, sprinting efficiency, explosiveness, and first step mechanics.

This portion of the program is a time to nurture qualities that relate to general athleticism: Strength, Speed, Agility, Coordination, and Balance.

Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio

Facility: Outdoor Fields. Indoor facilities are available during inclement weather conditions.

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
- Extra Athletic clothing
- 1-2 pairs of broken in running shoes
- Water bottle
- Small gym bag/backpack
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Camp Questions & Answers
Can I come to camp alone or do I have to be a member of a team?
We welcome individual campers and teams. If you come to camp by yourself, it's a great place to meet new friends who share your enthusiasm for the sport and to have FUN!
Does the Health & Release Form need to be signed by a doctor?
Our Health & Release Form does not require a doctor’s signature. This online form is required to be filled out accurately, signed by the parent (guardian), and completed before your first day of camp.
Are the campers supervised throughout the camp?
Yes, campers are supervised by the coaches and staff. All staff members complete criminal and sex offender background checks before working the camp.
