Every athlete has their own journey. We are here to partner alongside you and give you the tools to build your confidence to be the best athlete, student, and kid - on and off the field.
We've been incredibly blessed to work with some of the top athletes in the country, most recently Jayden Daniels, JJ McCarthy, Alyssa Thompson, Jaedyn Shaw, Michael Pittman Jr, and more. Director, Speed Performance Coach & Recovery Expert Cici Murray
Cici has been on Spellman Performance staff for the past 5 years, working with youth organizations around Southern California like Surf Soccer, Del Norte High School, Coast Lacrosse, The Togethership, Laguna Beach Football, and more. Additionally, she has helped lead our NFL Combine training programs.

Speed Expert Les Spellman
Les is one of America's elite speed performance coaches. Over the past 10+ years, Les has trained several Olympians as well as athletes in the NFL, and NCAA Division I. Most notably, he’s trained 28 NFL draft picks in the past 3 drafts including 8 first round picks. Athletes that train with the Spellman team leading into the NFL combine have had an average increase in speed by 1.28 MPH and have improved their 40 yard dash by 0.25 seconds.

Team Performance Coach Dylan Carrion
A co-founder of Spellman Performance and expert sprint coach, Dylan has 10+ years of experience in training youth and elite athletes from all around the world. Most recently, he leads the Spellman Performance team consulting and is the Lead Sports Performance coach for The Togethership sports academy.

CAMP DETAILS
OVERVIEW
- Dates: June 8-9
- Age Group: 11-18 (Middle & High School) (see times)
- Gender: Co-ed
- Check-in: 15 minutes prior to camp start time
- Lunch: Campers should bring their own lunch and snacks

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10
- Grouped by: age, ability, and experience
- Equipment needed: Campers should bring at least two pairs of broken in running shoes. Racing flats/cleats are optional. Please be sure to properly mark your equipment, so that it can be easily identified.
- Facility: Surf Sports Park
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
ALL CAMPERS:
- Extra Athletic clothing
- 1-2 pairs of broken in running shoes/ event spikes
- Non-running shoes
- Water bottle
- Sunblock
- Small gym bag/backpack
- Extra spending money (suggested $50)
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

Camp Questions & Answers
Does the Health & Release Form need to be signed by a doctor?
Our Health & Release Form does not require a doctor’s signature. This online form is required to be filled out accurately, signed by the parent (guardian), and completed before your first day of camp.
Can I come to camp alone or do I have to be a member of a team?
We welcome individual campers and teams. It's a great place to meet new friends who share your enthusiasm for the sport and to have FUN!
Are the campers supervised throughout the camp?
Yes, campers are supervised by the coaches and staff. All staff members complete criminal and sex offender background checks before working the camp.
