This one-day camp is designed for competitive swimmers looking to refine their breaststroke technique through a dynamic blend of mental, technical, and physical training. Under Coach Wilkens' guidance, athletes train in a high-energy, supportive environment built to sharpen skills and push swimmers to new heights.

- Program: The Elite Breaststroke Camp is designed to provide competitive swimmers with a better understanding of swimming fundamentals. Stroke refinement along with constructive feedback will be the focus of the camp and will allow each participant to gain a greater knowledge of proper stroke mechanics and ways to improve themselves individually.
- Swim Experience: We ask that all campers have at least one year of competitive swim experience.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Swim Camps t-shirt and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience per the director's discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your swimsuit, swim cap, goggles and towel(s)
- Facility: The Messmore Aquatic Center
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Facility
Fordham University
Located in the Vincent T. Lombardi Memorial Center and named for one of Fordham’s most famous alumni is the Colonel Francis B. Messmore Aquatics Center, home of the Fordham Swimming and Diving and Water Polo programs. The 40-meter pool has eight lanes and adjustable bulkheads for competition by either meters or yards. The Messmore Aquatic Center has also been a championship site for the Patriot League Swimming & Diving Championship in 1991 and 1994, and hosted the Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference Championship in 2018 and 2022.
