This four-day swim camp for ages 8–18 focuses on building a strong foundation in swimming fundamentals while helping athletes take their performance to the next level. Coach Jamison and her staff emphasize stroke refinement, proper technique, and individualized feedback, allowing each swimmer to develop a deeper understanding of stroke mechanics and identify personalized strategies for improvement.Train, learn, and grow at the Cougar Swim Camp, where competitive swim instruction meets the excitement of college athletics. Extra Starts & Turns Clinic:
You can add the Extra Starts & Turns Clinic to turn your camp into a 5-day experience! This clinic is also available as a standalone option, if you are interested in only the starts and turns clinic.
This camp is open to any and all entrants. For your safety and benefit, we recommend you have competitive swimming experience (e.g. U.S.S. age group, national qualifiers, high school swimmers, or summer league swimmers) and can swim at least 50 meters in all four competitive strokes: fly, back, breast and freestyle.
