US Sports Camps is thrilled to host the 4th annual Nike Swim Camp this summer at Salisbury University, located on Maryland’s stunning Eastern Shore, perfectly situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Chesapeake Bay.

Campers will train in the state-of-the-art Maggs Center, home to the Salisbury University Men's and Women's Swim teams, conveniently located near the Maggs Physical Activities Center just off Business Route 13. Overnight campers will enjoy a complete campus experience, staying in modern Student Residence Halls, just a short stroll from the pool and dining facilities.

This camp is open to any and all entrants. For your safety and benefit, we recommend you have competitive swimming experience (e.g., U.S.S. age group, national qualifiers, high school swimmers, or summer league swimmers) and can swim at least 50 meters in all four competitive strokes: fly, back, breast, and freestyle.

    Head Coach Nate Parsley enters his sixth season leading the Salisbury University men’s and women’s swimming programs in 2026–27, continuing to build one of the fastest-rising programs in NCAA Division III.

    Since arriving in 2021, Parsley has overseen a historic transformation of the Sea Gulls, highlighted by 229 program records broken, 110 Maggs Pool records, and 32 NCAA Championship participants. Under his leadership, Salisbury has produced 14 All-Americans (including five First-Team honors) and 37 NCAA B-cuts, while establishing itself as a consistent conference and national contender.

    The Salisbury women’s team has captured back-to-back NJAC Championships (2025, 2026), the first conference titles in program history, while the men’s program achieved a program-best NJAC runner-up finish in 2026. Parsley has twice been named NJAC Coaching Staff of the Year, and his teams have earned 133 All-NJAC selections, including 35 First Team honors.

    At the national level, his athletes have reached new heights, including Addi Wood’s 2026 NCAA National Runner-Up finish in the 1650 freestyle and the men’s 200 medley relay earning the program’s first-ever First-Team All-America honors in 2026. His teams have also been recognized for their development, ranking first in combined personal-best performances at the NJAC Championships and earning SwimCloud’s Most Improved NCAA Division III Program honors.

    Parsley has compiled an outstanding 67-13 combined dual meet record (.859 winning percentage) at Salisbury, including undefeated seasons and multiple program records for dual-meet wins. His teams have also captured four Midseason Invitational titles and consistently raised the standard of performance and culture within the program.

    Prior to Salisbury, Parsley served as head coach and aquatics director at Arcadia University, where he was named MAC Coach of the Year (2020) and led his teams to sustained success, including 625 personal bests, 40 program records, and multiple conference champions. He also held coaching positions at Rowan University and Haddonfield High School.

    A former team captain and student-athlete at Rowan University, Parsley brings a passion for athlete development, team culture, and competitive excellence to every level of his program. His coaching philosophy emphasizes performance, connection, and long-term growth, making him a sought-after leader and instructor for swimmers of all ages and abilities.

You can expect a high demand for these first-come-first-served camper spots, so please be sure to register early. This summer, Salisbury University is offering two sessions of overnight with an extended day camp (8:30am-8:30pm) option for ages 10-18.

2026 OVERVIEW

  • Dates: June 22-25 & August 3-6
  • Age Group: 10-18

  • Camp Type: Overnight, Extended Day (commuter)
  • Check-in Session I: Overnight Campers: Check-in Monday between 1:30pm-2:30pm at Severn Hall. Extended Day Campers: Check-in Monday between 2:00pm-2:30pm at Severn Hall. Camp will begin with an orientation and parents are welcome to attend at 2:45pm at TBD.
  • Check-in Session II: Overnight Campers: Check-in Monday between 1:30pm-2:30pm at Pocomoke Hall. Extended Day Campers: Check-in Monday between 2:00pm-2:30pm at Pocomoke Hall. Camp will begin with an orientation and parents are welcome to attend at 2:45pm at TBD.
  • Check-out: All campers check-out at 11:30am on Thursday. Exact time and location of the camp closing ceremony will be confirmed by the camp director on the first day of camp.
  • Day Schedule: MON 3PM-8:30PM, TUE-WED 8:30AM-8:30PM, THURS 8AM-11:30AM **Times subject to change
  • Meals: All meals are provided for Overnight campers. Lunch and dinner are provided for all Extended Day (commuter) campers.
  • Program: The Stroke Technique program is designed to provide competitive swimmers with a better understanding of swimming fundamentals. Stroke refinement along with constructive feedback will be the focus of the camp and allows each participant to gain a greater knowledge of proper stroke mechanics and ways to improve themselves individually.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

  • Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.

2026 HOUSING

  • Dorm: Severn Hall (June Session) and Pocomoke Hall (August Session)
  • Number of Campers Per Room: 2 per room
  • Roommates: Rooms are assigned by age & roommate requests. Roommate requests must be mutual and received no later than 14 days before the start of camp. If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!
  • Bathrooms: Shared
  • Linens: Not included. Bring linens or sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, and a towel.
  • Air Conditioning: Yes

SUPERVISION
The staff reside in the dormitories with the campers and participate in all activities. Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

  • Instruction: Morning, afternoon, and evening training sessions
  • Overnight campers: Dormitory housing on campus and all meals are provided.
  • Day campers: Lunch and dinner are provided for all Extended Day (commuter) campers.
  • Supervision: Staff members reside in campers’ quarters and participate in all activities.
  • Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Swim Camps t-shirt and prizes.

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY

  • Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience per the director's discretion.
  • Equipment Needed: Please bring your water swimsuit, swim cap, goggles and towel(s)
  • Facility: Maggs Center Swimming Pool
  • Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

EXTENDED DAY CAMPERS

Checklist of Things to Bring: We recommend that all Extended Day Campers bring a daily pack with the following items: swimsuit, swim cap, goggles, towel, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, sandals, water bottle, dry land gear (running shoes, t-shirt, athletic shorts, sweatshirt) and any other appropriate clothing for that day’s activities which will be described to you on the first day of camp.

Camp Schedule & Meals:

  • Monday: Extended Day Campers should arrive dressed and ready to swim. You will be assigned a counselor and given a complete schedule of all events during the week. Extended Day Campers stay until 8:30pm. Dinner is provided.
  • Tuesday-Wednesday: Extended Day Camper Hours – 8:30am-8:30pm. Lunch and dinner are provided.
  • Thursday: Extended Day Camper Hours - 8:00am-11:3am. Check-out is immediately after the camp concludes.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
