  • The highlight for us as parents was the last day meet where we could actually watch and recognize some areas of our daughter's improvement. For my daughter I would have to say there were too many to list just one.

US Sports Camps is thrilled to host the 4th annual Nike Swim Camp this summer at Salisbury University, located on Maryland’s stunning Eastern Shore, perfectly situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Chesapeake Bay.

Overnight campers will enjoy a complete campus experience, staying in modern Student Residence Halls, just a short stroll from the pool and dining facilities.

This camp is open to any and all entrants. For your safety and benefit, we recommend you have competitive swimming experience (e.g., U.S.S. age group, national qualifiers, high school swimmers, or summer league swimmers) and can swim at least 50 meters in all four competitive strokes: fly, back, breast, and freestyle.

Highlights Include

  • TEAM DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
  • For competitive swimmers only
  • Stroke technique refinement
  • Small group and individual stroke analysis/instruction
  • Every camper receives a Nike Camp T-shirt and Nike Swim Cap

    Nate Parsley

    Camp Director

Nate Parsley enters his fifth season as head coach of the Salisbury University men’s and women’s swimming programs in 2025-26, bringing with him a proven track record of building championship-level teams. Since taking over the program in 2021, Parsley has led a remarkable transformation, breaking 174 program records and setting 71 Maggs Pool records.

    Camp Director

Parsley's teams have produced multiple NCAA qualifiers, including the program’s first-ever All-American, Sydney McCallie, who earned the honor in the 200 IM and 400 IM in 2025. Under his leadership, the Sea Gulls women’s program captured its first-ever conference title by winning the 2025 NJAC Championship, following a runner-up finish in 2024. Parsley has been recognized twice as NJAC Women’s Coaching Staff of the Year (2023-24, 2024-25) and has guided his squads to 68 All-NJAC honors, including 16 First Team selections.

Under Parsley, his teams have maintained one of the highest winning percentages in Division III swimming, posting a combined 55-9 record (.859), with both the men’s and women’s squads setting program records for dual meet wins in a single season. The 2024 NJAC Championships showcased Parsley’s commitment to athlete development, as Salisbury finished first in the conference for the percentage of personal-best swims. This consistent improvement helped earn national recognition from SwimCloud, which named Salisbury the Most Improved NCAA Men’s and Women’s Division III programs in 2022-23.

Along the way, Parsley’s teams have claimed major invitational titles, including the 2024 Men’s Yellow Jacket Invitational and the 2022 Men’s Cougar Splash Invitational. Parsley’s coaching career at Salisbury has been defined by milestone moments. His first victories came on October 16, 2022, when both the men’s and women’s teams defeated Marymount (Va.). In January 2023, wins over St. Mary’s (Md.) secured the most dual-meet victories in program history for both teams. Parsley earned his 50th career men’s coaching win in January 2024 against Catholic and his 100th combined career win in October 2024 against TCNJ. In 2025, the women’s team completed the first undefeated dual-meet season in program history before winning the NJAC Championship and producing the team’s first All-American.

Before coming to Salisbury, Parsley served as head men’s and women’s swim coach and aquatics director at Arcadia University from 2017-20. He was named Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Coach of the Year in 2020 after leading the Knights to three straight top-three MAC finishes, 625 personal records, 40 program records, six conference records, and three NCAA Division III B cuts. His teams went 57-12 (.826), with both the men’s and women’s squads setting program records for single-season dual-meet wins, including an undefeated 11-0 women’s season in 2017-18 and a 9-0-1 men’s campaign in 2020. Parsley’s coaching background also includes assistant roles at Rowan University (2013-15) and Haddonfield High School (2012-13).

In addition to his work in the pool, he has an extensive softball coaching résumé, serving as Rowan University’s first full-time assistant in 2020 after multiple part-time seasons from 2009-16, and as an assistant coach at Division I Radford University from 2016-17. A two-year captain and standout student-athlete during his own collegiate career, Parsley earned his Bachelor of Arts in Education in 2012 and his Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration in 2016, both from Rowan University. He continues to emphasize not only competitive excellence but also character, connection, and personal growth in every athlete he coaches.
