2026 OVERVIEW
- Dates: July 20-23

- Check-in: All campers check-in Monday between 12:00pm-1:30pm at TBD. Camp will begin with an orientation at 1:30pm and campers will then head to the pool. Campers should be dressed to swim.
- Check-out: There will be a closing ceremony on Thursday starting at 11:00am at TBD. Parents are encouraged to attend. Check out immediately following the ceremony.
- Extended Day Schedule: MON 12:00PM-8PM, TUE-WED 9AM-8PM, THURS 9AM-11AM **Times subject to change
- Day Schedule: MON 12:00PM-4PM, TUE-WED 9AM-4PM, THURS 9AM-11AM **Times subject to change
- Meals: All meals are provided for Overnight campers. Extended Day (commuter) campers get dinner (Monday night) and lunch and dinner (Tuesday – Wednesday). No meals are provided for Day campers.
- Program: The Stroke Technique program is designed to provide competitive swimmers with a better understanding of swimming fundamentals. Stroke refinement along with constructive feedback will be the focus of the camp and allows each participant to gain a greater knowledge of proper stroke mechanics and ways to improve themselves individually.
- Evening Activities:
Evening activities may include a pizza party, a talent show, sport night, swimming or other surprise activities (subject to additional fee). We are planning a special "Camper's Got Talent" night for swim campers to compete in a talent show. So start planning an incredible act* and amaze everyone with your talent and be the big winner! Special prizes will be awarded and we are looking forward to a really fun filled evening. We are really so excited to welcome you to camp and can't wait to see you perform!

- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
DAY CAMPERS
- Camp Hours: Monday 12:00pm-4:00pm | Tue-Wed: 9:00am-4:00pm | Thursday: 9:00am- 11:00am
- Monday Check-in/Pick-up: Check-in Monday between 12:00pm-1:30pm at TBD. Camp will begin with an orientation followed by an assessment. Campers should be dressed to swim. Please pick-up your camper at 4:00pm at TBD.
- Daily Drop-off/Check-in: Tuesday – Thursday 9:00am at TBD.
- Daily Check-out/Pick-Up: Tuesday – Wednesday - 4:00pm at TBD
- Closing Ceremony: There will be a closing ceremony on Thursday starting at 11:00am at TBD. Parents are encouraged to attend. Departure immediately following the ceremony.
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Campers must bring their own packed lunch, water bottle and any additional snacks they might need.
- Lunch time is supervised by the Camp Staff.
EXTENDED DAY CAMPERS
- Camp Hours: Monday 12:00pm-8:00pm | Tue-Wed: 9:00am-8:00pm | Thursday: 9:00am- 11:00am

- Daily Check-out/Pick-Up: Tuesday – Wednesday - 8:00pm at TBD

2026 HOUSING
- Dorm: TBD
- Number of Campers Per Room: 2 per room
- Roommates: Rooms are assigned by age & roommate requests. Roommate requests must be mutual and received no later than 14 days before the start of camp. If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age (if available). It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!
- Bathrooms: Shared
- Linens: Not included. Bring linens or sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, and a towel.
- Air Conditioning: TBD
SUPERVISION
The staff reside in the dormitories with the campers and participate in all activities. Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions.
- Overnight campers: Dormitory housing on campus and all meals are provided.
- Extended Day campers: Lunch and dinner are provided.
- Supervision: Staff members reside in campers’ quarters and participate in all activities.
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Camper receives a Nike Camp T-shirt, Nike Swim Cap and prizes
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: Low staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience per the director's discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your water swimsuit, swim cap, goggles and towel(s)
- Facility: Campus Recreation, Aquatics
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

We recommend that all Extended Day Campers bring a daily pack with the following items: swimsuit, swim cap, goggles, towel, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, sandals, water bottle, dry land gear (running shoes, t-shirt, athletic shorts, sweatshirt) and any other appropriate clothing for that day’s activities which will be described to you on the first day of camp.
Day Campers:
We recommend that Day Campers bring a daily pack with the following items: swimsuit, swim cap, goggles, towel, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, sandals, water bottle, dry land gear (running shoes, t-shirt, athletic shorts, sweatshirt) and any other appropriate clothing for that day’s activities which will be described to you on the first day of camp. Day campers must also bring a packed lunch, water and snacks as no food is provided.
TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMMODATION
- Transportation is not provided to/from camp from the airport, train stations, or bus depots. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours for Extended Day campers and so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
- Extended Day campers are responsible for arranging their own overnight accommodations if needed
- US Sports Camps, the Camp Director, camp staff, and the host facility are not liable for any travel-related arrangements, including but not limited to flights, hotels, Airbnbs, or rental cars.
- We recommend booking refundable or flexible travel and accommodation options in case of any changes to the camp schedule.
