- Session II: "Stroke Technique" May 31-June 4 (Sun-Thurs)
- Session IV: "Starts & Turns" June 6-7 (Sat-Sun)
- Session V: "Stroke Technique and Endurance Training" June 7-11 (Sun-Thurs)
PLEASE NOTE: Participants are expected to have competitive swim knowledge. These camps DO NOT teach participants how to swim. Enrollment will be limited to ensure that individuals will receive special attention and maximize their participation. For your safety and benefit, we recommend all participants have competitive swimming experience (E.G. U.S.S. Age Group, National Qualifiers, High School Swimmers, or Summer League Swimmers) with all four competitive strokes: Fly, Back, Breast and Freestyle.
Video Analysis: During registration you can purchase a one-of-a-kind video featuring voice-over analysis from one of our National Team level coaches. For each stroke purchased, one start and breakout and one turn will be included for the starts and turns camp. For the stroke and technique camp, we will record and analyze underwater stroke footage. Videos can be downloaded and shared to as many devices as you like. - $150 per stroke

- Number of Campers Per Room: 2 per room
- Roommates: Rooms are assigned by age & roommate requests. Roommate requests must be mutual and received no later than 14 days before the start of camp. If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning, afternoon, and evening training sessions
- Overnight campers: Dormitory housing on campus and all meals are provided.

- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience per the director's discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your water swimsuit, swim cap, goggles and towel(s)
- Facility: Mizzou Aquatic Center
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

COMMUTER CAMPERS
Checklist of Things to Bring: We recommend that all Commuter Campers bring a daily pack with the following items: swimsuit, swim cap, goggles, towel, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, sandals, water bottle, dry-land gear (running shoes, t-shirt, athletic shorts, sweatshirt) and any other appropriate clothing for that day’s activities which will be described to you on the first day of camp.
Camp Schedule & Meals:
Session I
- Saturday: Day Campers should arrive dressed and ready to swim. You will be assigned a counselor and given a complete schedule of all events during the week. Day Campers stay until 5:00pm. Lunch is provided.
- Sunday: Day Camper Hours – 8:00 am-3:00pm. Lunch is provided. *Please note: Drop-off 7:45 am at the pool. Pick-up 3:00 pm at the pool.
Session II
- Sunday: Day Campers should arrive dressed and ready to swim. You will be assigned a counselor and given a complete schedule of all events during the week. Day Campers stay until 7:30pm.
- Monday-Wednesday: Day Camper Hours – 9:00 am-5:30pm. Lunch is provided. *Please note: Drop-off 8:45 am at the pool. Pick-up 5:30 pm at the pool.
- Thursday: Day Camper Hours – 9:00 am-11:00am. Check-out is immediately after the camp concludes.
Session III
- Saturday: Day Campers should arrive dressed and ready to swim. You will be assigned a counselor and given a complete schedule of all events during the week. Day Campers stay until 5:00pm. Lunch is provided.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Mizzou Aquatics Center
Recognized as one of the premier on-campus swimming and diving facilities in the country, the Mizzou Aquatic Center is home to the University of Missouri’s men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs and regularly hosts some of the nation’s top collegiate and championship meets.
Opened in 2005, the state-of-the-art facility features a 50-meter competition pool with a movable hydraulic floor, allowing for customized depths and configurations. The pool is maintained at a comfortable 78–80 degrees year-round, with a maximum depth of 8 feet, 6 inches, providing an optimal environment for training and competition.
