Lum heads to Luteville with 10 years of combined experience at the NCAA Division III level as a student-athlete and coach. Lum spent the last three seasons at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse as an assistant coach. During that time, Lum helped the women’s program win the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship in 2022 and 2020, coaching 11 individual conference champions and six relay champions.
