Sign up for our new Nike Swim Camp at Loyola Marymount University and enjoy elite-level training and an opportunity to make lifelong memories. Structured for swimmers with competitive swim experience, the camp offers a unique opportunity to train under the direction of college coaches and current and former collegiate athletes who serve as counselors. Loyola Marymount is a beautiful private university conveniently located less than two miles from Los Angeles Int’l Airport and the beach, making for the perfect camp setting.
Day Camp (9:00am – 4:00pm): The Nike Swim Camp at Loyola Marymount runs 9:00am-4:00pm (schedule varies by day) and includes coaching within all strokes, classroom sessions, dryland training, and more. The camp is open to swimmers ages 10-17 and campers must bring their own lunch. The camp utilizes the beautiful aquatic center at Burns Recreation Center where the LMU teams practice and compete.
The Nike Swim Camp at LMU is open to any and all entrants and limited only by number, age and gender. The Nike Swim Camp at LMU is not owned, sponsored, co-sponsored or controlled by the University.

SECURE YOUR SPOT!
You can expect a high demand for these first-come-first-served camper spots, so please be sure to register early. This summer, we are offering one week day camp (9:00am-4:00pm) for ages 10-17. Upon arrival at camp, campers are placed in groups with other swimmers having similar abilities and goals. Our camp staff will do their best to accommodate your needs, keeping in consideration your experience and desire to improve.

- Program: The Stroke Technique program is designed to provide competitive swimmers with a better understanding of swimming fundamentals. Stroke refinement along with constructive feedback will be the focus of the camp and allows each participant to gain a greater knowledge of proper stroke mechanics and ways to improve themselves individually.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in: Sunday, June 29th
- Check-in Monday at 8:30am at the Burns Recreation Center Pool.
Check-out: Wednesday, July 2nd
- Check-out takes place at 4:00pm Sunday to Wednesday.
There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to drop off and pick up your child on time.
MEALS
Lunch is not provided. Please bring a healthy lunch and snacks each day.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Swim Camps t-shirt and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience per the director's discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your water swimsuit, swim cap, goggles and towel(s)
- Facility: Burns Recreation Center Pool
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
