My daughter attended the camp in Westchester over the long weekend and LOVED it. She said the work was hard but good and the instruction great, because “they show us what to do, not just tell us.” We will definitely be coming back!

Thank you again for a wonderful camp. All your work planning and organizing the camp, and keeping everything running smoothly during the camp is greatly appreciated. The kids are doing awesome. First competition after camp and we are seeing great drops. Kate dropped .5 secs on her 50's in breast and free, 5 secs in the 200 IM and 3 in the 200 breast. Ty dropped .5 secs in the 50 fly and free, 8 secs in her 200 IM and 7 secs in her 100 back. The last two times are new TAGS times for her, TX State qualifying times are extremely fast. We are in Midland, TX at a meet and I can't wait to see them swim three more events today.

Before I came to see you I hadn't come close to my best time in over a year. Although my best time was a 1:06.88, the closest I came was 1:14.52. My coach couldn't figure out what to do. I spent two hours with you and I went 1:05.71 at States!
  • Season 2025
I wish to express how truly grateful I am for the past couple of years. I owe any ounce of technique and mental tips to you, Coach Nick. From the first time I stepped foot at your camp until now, I feel like there has been a huge change in my maturity level and focus, and most of that is due to Peak Performance camps. That is why I keep coming back…and every time the camps seem to get better and better.

Camp Details

Maximizing swimming potential through a holistic training approach is the mission of Peak Performance Swim Camp. The teaching side includes daily chalk talks, video presentations, and ongoing poolside demonstrations. In addition, a targeted teaching strategy focused on swimmers’ individual needs is employed.

Training and racing in the IM is a wise choice as it develops all four strokes and makes swimmers more versatile and competitive. Most people think of Michael Phelps as the King of Butterfly, but he’s also the only swimmer in history to win the 200 IM in four consecutive Olympics. Physical fitness plus the right technique can turbocharge your performance. If speed is what you seek, come to PEAK!

Created by Olympic Coach Nick Baker, the camp’s curriculum is second to none. Coach Baker has authored ten books on swimming and produced four swimming videos. The camp offers many unique features and is highly recommended for competitive swimmers ages 8-18.

Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on age and ability level. The daily skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted to reflect skill and performance levels.

Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for competitive swimmers who can perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and the official starts and turns.
