Nike Sports Camps Tours Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy

What is Your Refund Policy?

If you need to cancel, for ANY reason, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancel now to 120 days from tour start date: Receive a refund of tuition fees paid less $500 cancellation fee per person.
• Cancel 119 days - 90 days from tour start date: Receive a refund of tuition fees paid less $1,000 cancellation fee per person.
• Cancel within 89 days from tour start date: No refund. 100% of payment scheduled amount is non-refundable per person.

US Sports Camps is not responsible for loss of funds in association with travel accommodations made by the participant including, but not limited to, airfare and trip insurance.

CANCELLATION BY US SPORTS CAMPS

US Sports Camps reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this unlikely event, we will provide a complete refund for all fees paid to US Sports Camps. US Sports Camps is not responsible for loss of funds in association with travel accommodations made by the participant including, but not limited to, airfare and trip insurance.

***Customer waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of cancelling – including airfare – and agrees to accept as liquidated damages.
