This camp combines everything one needs to know about the basics of track and field. Fundamentals of form, secrets of speed, and the building blocks of jumps, hurdles, and distance running will be demonstrated.
In addition, daily recovery and injury prevention sessions are included as a necessary component of the fundamentals of track and field training.
