The Track & Field Camp in Arlington, powered by Tracktec, LLC is designed as a comprehensive training camp program with a focus on track & field fundamentals including drills, pacing, strength endurance, speed, and core strengthening as well as the mental edge training necessary for top athletic performances.

We work with elementary, middle & high school T&F athletes of all abilities, to help you get better and have fun!

The Nike Track & Field Camp in Arlington offers an experienced coaching staff for track & field training. Educational lectures on topics including training, drills and technique, plyometrics, motivation and goal setting, nutrition, and much more are included in the daily breakouts. Video analysis is used to teach campers about proper form. Join us this summer in Arlington, Virginia for an action-packed weekend.

We offer the following sibling discounts for our running camps:

  • $15 off for weekend clinics
  • $20 off for day camp sessions
  • $25 off for overnight sessions

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY

  • Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
  • Grouped by: age, ability, and event
  • Evaluation: by coaching staff
  • Equipment: Campers should bring at least one pair of broken in running shoes. Event shoes/spikes are recommended but not required. Please be sure to properly mark your equipment, so that it can be easily identified.
  • Facility: Bishop O'Connell High School

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

ALL CAMPERS:

  • Extra Athletic clothing
  • 1-2 pairs of broken in running shoes/ event spikes
  • Non-running shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Sunblock
  • Small gym bag/backpack
  • Extra spending money (suggested $40)

Additional Nike Camp gear is available for purchase at check-out or can be purchased at any time on our storefront.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

CAMP TUITION PAYMENTS

Full payment of camp fees must be completed by the first day of the month before camp. For example:

  • June Camps: final payment is due on May 1
  • July Camps: final payment is due on June 1
  • August Camps: final payment is due on July 1

Any camper with an unpaid balance 10 days before the start of their camp will forfeit all camp fees paid to date and be removed from the camp.

Your confirmation email shows your balance due and balance due date. Final payments can be made through the US Sports Camps Customer Portal or by phone at 1-800-645-3226.

BEHAVIOR POLICIES

We may ask campers who require 1×1 supervision, disrupt the camp experience, or threaten the safety of themselves or others to leave camp. Behaviors meriting expulsion include, but are not limited to: a cause or threat of violence, putting themselves or others in danger, possession of a weapon, possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, drugs or illegal substance, robbery, damage to property, sexual misconduct or assault, harassment, hazing, racist remarks or acts, or intimidation. In those cases, we will contact a parent to pick up the child immediately. We do not issue refunds to campers who are asked to leave camp.

  • Address: 6600 Little Falls Rd, Arlington, Virginia 22153. The camp takes place at Bishop O'Connell High School, a high school campus. Popular with families from Waldorf, MD, Upper Marlboro, MD, Bowie, MD, Brandywine, MD, Washington, DC, and other nearby communities.

  • Sessions are $399 for a 2-day camp. A deposit secures your spot, with the balance due by the 1st day of the month prior to camp starting.

  • This camp is for athletes ages 9 to 18, coed. All skill levels welcome. Campers may be grouped by age, skill, or experience.

  • One session: July 11 to July 12, 2026. Select the session above to register.

  • This is a half-day camp running 8 AM to 12 PM.

  • Our Health & Release Form does not require a doctor’s signature. This form is required to be filled out accurately, signed by the parent (guardian), and brought with you to the first day of camp.

  • Yes, campers are supervised by the coaches and staff. Staff members reside in the same dorms as the campers and provide supervision during instruction, dining times, evening activities, and in the dorm. All staff members complete criminal and sex offender background checks before working the camp.
