SCHOLARSHIPS
We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.

Great drills - repetition was helpful for improvement. Encouraging, energetic, knowledgeable coaches. Chloe had a great time with the scrimmages. It was great to have her come home sore, tired, and happy each day.
I would ten out of ten recommend this to any one who wants to go beyond the level of High School and Club volleyball! The best part is that the Assistant coaches get really involved with the teams! Such a great atmosphere and the staff and players are just amazing!!
I had such a great time at the Cal Berkeley camp, I can't wait to do it again next summer. I'm so happy I learned to hit, set & block better and I really feel I have a better understanding of the game. I can't wait to try my new skills out on the court back at school:) I was really inspired by the Berkeley team coaches. I've always felt a little awkward cuz of my height ( I'm tall for my age), it was really awesome to see how tall the real players are and how athletic and strong they are. Thank you for the fun experience!
This camp is very fun but challenging. You definitely sweat a lot and learn a lot as you go. The coaches are super nice but they know how to give good advice for the whole team as well as one on one. You should go to this camp if you want to improve or keep your skills up.
Cal Nike camp was an excellent camp for all levels. All the camper's energy was high and coaches instructed them with enthusiasm and passion. Well organized by staff and great location!
The camp staff taught my daughter the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and encouraging way. The camp experience was very positive; it not only build her interest but gives her the confidence to continue in the sport.
Our daughter gained valuable experience and knowledge from your qualified staff. She was also able to meet new friends and increased her passion to play volleyball.
She loved learning footwork on how to block and transitioning to attack. She loved that they demonstrated different serving techniques and worked on proper setting. She really loved the camp all around. Thank you, Coaches, AWESOME CAMP!! First time attending a Cal Camp and it won’t be the last. We will be definitely attending next summer as well!
Playing time was intense, fast-paced and well-orchestrated. She adored the coaches. Time in the dorms was full of making new friends and widely viewed tick-tocks. I know she will see some of these girls at national tournaments next club season and think fondly of her few days at Cal.
From a parent’s perspective, the Cal program is well organized, safe, competitive yet still fun, and exceptionally well staffed. I was very happy with the way the program was run and would highly recommend it to other families.
Being able to play a lot of games and really use the skills we had learned before made it fun and allowed me to gain much more experience on the court. I was able to make a lot of friends and I learned many new things by competing against them.
Experienced and relatable coaches, intense competition, wonderful people, and tons of reps. incredible experience, would recommend to any volleyball player looking to interact with new players and coaches and get lots of practice over the summer.
This is the second year that she has attended this camp; and this time she was apprehensive that she would not know anyone. However, she made friends immediately when she found out that other campers play for other volleyball clubs and that they remember her. She even learned how to serve the ball another way that she hadn't tried before. It would be more helpful for my daughter if the camp was more than three days; it's possible that when she joined next year for the intermediate level 2, that it may be more challenging and have more skill orientation for her.
The highlights of my experience included the other girls that were on my court, as they made everything more fun and we bonded really quickly. They helped me learn how to play with girls that I'd never seen before and how important communication is. Another highlight was listening to the college girls talk about what it was like to play at Cal, especially with a large amount of schoolwork. That was so fun to listen to because it really helped me get another perspective on college athletics that isn't always talked about as much but that is equally as important.
The technique tips she received helped her improve her game instantly! She wished it will be more days and wants to return next year. A great value compared to other camps that she has attended where the coaches' knowledge wasn’t as good. Here she got tips from players at the college level and it helped her raise her game. The coaches are helping teach pros and it shows!

She said the camp was no-nonsense skills clinic which is exactly what she wanted-- to quickly improve her skills- and she did. She feels grateful to the camp. I feel the price tag was well worth that outcome.

Awesome....please let us know in advance when camp is next year....count my daughter in....she learned so much in such a short time. Thanks!!
Working with the Cal players and coaches was extremely positive and rewarding. The camp staff made every effort to get to know all of the girls regardless of skill level - a very positive environment!

This was the first 'sleep away' camp for our daughter so was a little concerned. Asked her via text how the camp was and she texted back '10 out of 10! Love it.' Extremely well organized from registration thru drop off and pickup. Natalie had a great time. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you and all your staff for a great experience!
This was Sophia’s second year and she ABSOLUTELY loved it again! A big shout out to the player-coaches who really truly are being role models to the kids but also bring a ton of fun! The camp is very well organized and everyone is very friendly and welcoming
Cal’s Elite camp was fantastic!!! Incredibly well organized and the competition was great. Long active days that gave the players a sense of what it would be like to be a Cal athlete. We highly recommend the camp to competitive players as well as younger players who want to better their game. The coaches are amazing!!!

My child recognized friends from previous years, her confidence grew - she felt like she got excellent instruction and attention!
Alexia had such a great learning experience at the Cal camp. She really enjoyed the one on one feedback from all the wonderful coaches and being able to experience high performance play with the college players. We saw a noticeable difference in her play when she returned home. Thank you!

Baylie appreciated the chance to learn from such strong and kind coaches, as well as play with campers who are on a more competitive level. When I watched on Sunday, I specifically witnessed a great improvement in her serve!

My daughter was able to refine her serving skills.
Friendly staff, well-organized, great teaching
Director is present throughout the camp, giving clear and motivating instructions. The coaches were providing illustrative demos!
My daughter had a wonderful experience and made new friends. She enjoyed the individual coaching she received from the friendly staff. The ratio of coaches to players was excellent and it was evident that all the girls improved because of it.
The speed, quality and effectiveness of the drills and exercises was very appericated!
My child came home excited to talk about the skills she had focused on and the improvement she gained.
The skills she gained and working with the Cal Coaches/Players was amazing.
Being able to work on skills and the opportunity to speak to the players and ask them questions.
My camper enjoyed that the camp was fast paced and she was alongside girls with similar skill level.
The campers got to meet and interact with current and past Cal players.
My camper loved the small group sizes and the drills taught.
Our son was in awe of being around actual division 1 athletes. These athletes were talented, encouraging, and nice human beings!
All the skills taught and guidance given; being able to record to revisit skills later and my development in learning about volleyball to support my camper's growth outside of camp.
My daughter was THRILLED to have individual instruction on her Middle position - something her coaches over the past 2 years have rarely focused on. My daughter thought the coaches were super friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive
This camp exceeded my expectations, with an organized plan and clear skills goals which were achieved. The presence of the director made it feel more worthwhile and the presence of the college players allowed for much more one on one time.
This camp was easily the best one we have been to. The location, staff and most importantly, the skills taught were perfect. The director and direction, flow and assistance was so very well done. We are definitely going to try and get in for another one.
Quality of the coaching was matched by enthusiasm and fun. I'm so happy with what my daughter learned and the overall great experience. We traveled 4 hours from another state for her to participate and will happily do it again next summer.
Personally, the coaches are one of my favorite parts when I go to camp. I've never had coaches who care about you so much and want you to improve. They take so much time to instruct us on everything.
Molly learned a lot from other players and improved a lot. She also appreciated the competitive nature of the camp.
She loved the drills and the tournament and the camaraderie. Loved playing in an actual college gym.
Wonderful experience for my daughter. She said everyone was friendly and supportive. Excellent coaches helped her improve her game. Thank you!
They have excellent coaches and instruction. They create a sense of camaraderie amongst the players and they care for each student individually. They are always available to answer questions for me as a parent if I have any and they are very easy to reach if I need to contact them immediately.
They remember the campers, create a fun experience, are super positive and teach the kids where they are skill wise. I have been so impressed with how my child is remembered year after year.
My daughter loved meeting new people, having fun, coaches teaching skills and explaining why. It's too short! I think my daughter would benefit from a week of volleyball camp.
My daughter's highlights were the ability to increase touches on the ball and her confidence. She was able to meet new friends and continues to grow in the sport.

Excellent combination of skills/drills, and scrimmage/play to apply the skills/drills. Coaches are very knowledgeable, and know how to impart their knowledge.
Ciara had so much fun playing with and against the Cal Volleyball girls and playing six on six on the last day. She also really enjoyed the Q&A with two of the Cal volleyball girls. They were honest and funny and we all had a great time together!
A highlight of camp was that they built my confidence on the court. The coaches were very friendly and encouraging.
