  • This was our daughters (and her friends) first overnight volleyball camp and she can't wait to go back next year! She raved how coaches would take time to help her quickly improve the specific skill in a way that she continues to use today. As parents, we were very comfortable with the facilities, check-in, staff friendliness and the overall program. We'll be back!

  • Emma and Hailey were wonderful! Joanna was the youngest and most inexperienced in the group and was quite intimidated during the 1st session. She actually told me she didn't want to go back. Both Emma and Hailey gave her a little TLC. By the last session she was smiling and enjoying the experience...Emma is the best teammate ever (apparently they won the 2 on 2 game). I want to thank them both for all their encouragement. Joanna is already talking about next year. Hoping Emma and Hailey will be there!

    Camp Director

Feldmann took over the Green Terror volleyball program in 2019 after a successful run on staff at Centennial Conference-rival Johns Hopkins.

In her first season in charge of the McDaniel program, she guided the team to a 16-13 mark, Centennial Conference semifinal appearance and ECAC finals appearance. She also coached the program’s first All-American when Marlowe Embry was tabbed honorable mention by the AVCA at season’s end.

After eight seasons as an assistant on the Blue Jays staff, Feldmann was tabbed as interim head coach last season and guided Johns Hopkins to the Centennial Conference title. The Blue Jays posted a record of 184-77 during her tenure on staff, including a 22-8 record last season. The squad made the CC tournament each of her seasons on staff and claimed six conference titles.

During the Blue Jays historic season in 2017, Johns Hopkins not only earned its first-ever national ranking but the team also set new program record for consecutive wins with 18. The Blue Jays advanced the regional championship match for the first time in program history. For her work in that run, Feldmann was named the AVCA Assistant Coach of the Year.

An active member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA), she served on the Top 25 Poll committee last season. While at Hopkins, she served as an administrative coordinator in development and alumni relations.

She also co-founded the Strive Volleyball Coach with her husband in 2017, serving as technical coach and treasurer for the juniors volleyball club that has five teams.

Feldmann attended nearby Centennial High School, where she helped the Eagles to two Howard County Championships, three Class 3A Regional Championships and two Class 3A Maryland State Championships. She was also a three-time Howard County Times, Baltimore Sun and Washington Post All-Howard County selection.

She went to Homewood after a stellar playing career at St. Mary's College of Maryland. In only two years with the Seahawks, Feldmann finished third in program history in assists and sixth in service aces. She helped the team to a 57-14 record and two Capital Athletic Conference finals appearances.

She graduated cum laude from St. Mary’s in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in English.

She resides in Ellicott City with her husband, John Crinion.

SCHOLARSHIPS

We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.

Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
