Nike Volleyball Camps
Athletes of all skill levels are invited to our summer volleyball camps in Little Rock, Arkansas! Led by Paige Gantar, the 2022 Club Coach of the Year, and her dedicated staff, athletes will receive top-level training to improve their game.
Our camp at Episcopal Collegiate School is designed for girls, ages 10-17, who want to sharpen their skills and build confidence on the court. Don’t miss out on this fun, competitive opportunity to boost your game!

- Attend multiple sessions! Campers are encouraged to attend multiple sessions! Each program delivers something unique to help players excel in all areas of the game.
CAMP OPTIONS
Please note: Camp schedules and details may be subject to change. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff and placed into groups based on age and ability level.
ALL SKILLS CAMP
- Dates: November 24-25
- Daily Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm each day
- Check-in: 8:30am on Day 1
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch to camp each day. Snacks and drinks available for purchase (cash only).
- Program: The All Skills program is designed to improve the fundamental skills needed for volleyball; passing, setting, serving, attacking, blocking, and individual defense. Campers can expect instruction on offensive and defensive skills through team play.
SERVING & PASSING CLINIC
- Dates: November 26
- Daily Hours: 9:00am-11:30am
- Check-in: 8:30am
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided.
- Program: The Serving & Passing Clinic is designed for players to improve the strength of their serve and effectiveness of passing. The serving portion of the clinic will focus on the various techniques of serving, along with improving consistency. The passing portion of the clinic will focus on various passing techniques for both front row and back row passers, as well as all-around ball control techniques for all positions. Recommended for all players and positions.
HITTING & SETTING CLINIC
- Dates: November 26
- Daily Hours: 12:30pm-3:00pm
- Check-in: 12:00pm
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided.
- Program: The Hitting & Setting Clinic is designed to focus on the basic fundamentals of hitting and setting. The attacking portion of the clinic will focus on mastering their approach, footwork and arm swing. The setting portion of the clinic will focus on mastering hand positioning, follow-through, footwork, and decision making. Recommended for players of all abilities.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch to camp each day. Snacks and drinks available for purchase (cash only).
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Volleyball Camps t-shirt and prizes. *1-day clinics excluded.
- Volleyballs: Volleyballs are provided for instruction during camp. Campers may purchase a Camp Volleyball at the time of registration, which will be given out on the last day of camp. Fun tip: Have your camp friends sign your ball before you leave!
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience per the Director's discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own kneepads and have at least one pair of well-broken-in volleyball (court) shoes. Campers do not need to bring their own ball.
- Facility: Indoor courts
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
- Athletic, on-court clothing (t-shirts, shorts)
- Indoor volleyball shoes, well broken-in
- Outdoor athletic shoes

- Small gym bag/backpack

- Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNTS
If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $45 discount. Discounts are not available for camps priced at $250 or less. Please fill out the Team Discount - Volleyball form and we will create a unique discount code for your group.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
