    Camp Director

Mike Becker joined the Little Rock Volleyball program as Associate Head Coach in the spring of 2026, bringing a championship background and experience across the Big Ten, Big 12, and Missouri Valley Conference.

Becker arrives in Little Rock following a stint at West Virginia, where he contributed in video analysis, scouting, and player development. Prior to that, he served as an assistant coach and Director of Volleyball Video Analytics at Iowa, overseeing practice and match video, managing advanced analytics, and providing in-match statistical breakdowns. He also played a role in recruiting strategy, creative content, and camp development.

Before his time at Iowa, Becker was an assistant coach at Michigan State, serving as the program’s lead scout while helping design both team and individualized training plans.

Becker spent three successful seasons at Illinois State, where he helped guide the Redbirds to three consecutive Missouri Valley Conference Tournament championships and three NCAA Tournament appearances from 2018–21. Illinois State also captured two regular-season titles during that stretch. Becker played a key role in developing the program’s blocking and defensive systems, as the Redbirds led the conference in both blocking and opponent hitting percentage in each of his three seasons.

In recognition of his impact in the profession, Becker was named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Thirty Under 30 list in 2021, honoring the top young coaches in the sport.

Earlier in his career, Becker served as Director of Operations at Pitt, helping the Panthers reach the NCAA Tournament in each of his three seasons — the program’s longest postseason streak since the 1990s.

Becker also brings strong club coaching experience, working with Pacific Coast Volleyball Club and Delta Valley Volleyball Club, where he coached 18U teams and developed numerous collegiate prospects.

In addition to coaching, Becker has experience in athletic administration, serving as Coordinator of Athletics Development and later Annual Giving Manager at the University of the Pacific, where he supported fundraising initiatives and donor engagement efforts.

A native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Becker was a standout student-athlete at Springfield College. He helped lead Springfield to three NCAA Division III National Championships (2010, 2012, 2013) and a national runner-up finish in 2011. He was named team MVP during the 2013 championship season.

Becker earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Springfield College in 2013 and a Master of Science in Athletic Administration from the University of the Pacific in 2016.

He has come to Little Rock with his wife, Aubrey, and their young daughter, Nora.

    Camp Coach

Aubrey Becker was named head volleyball coach at Little Rock in January 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience across several of the nation’s most competitive collegiate volleyball programs.

Becker joined the Trojans after serving on the coaching staffs at West Virginia and Iowa, contributing across all areas of program operations, including player development, scouting, recruiting, scheduling, branding initiatives, and summer camps. While at West Virginia, Becker was part of a historic period for the Mountaineers. The 2025 season opened with a 12–0 start — the best in the program’s 52-year history — and West Virginia was one of just four undefeated teams nationally, alongside Nebraska, Texas, and Mississippi State.

That season also included the program’s first Top 25 home victory, a win over No. 19 BYU. Becker also assisted in recruiting the highest-ranked signing class in program history, with the Mountaineers’ 2026 class earning a national ranking of No. 34. At Iowa, she helped support a Big Ten program competing at the highest level of collegiate volleyball.

Before her experience in the Big 12 and Big Ten, Becker served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at both Oral Roberts and Davidson. During her time at Davidson, she helped guide multiple student-athletes to Atlantic 10 postseason recognition, including Second Team All-Conference and All-Rookie honors in 2019. She also spent one season at Brown University, where she assisted the Bears to their strongest campaign since 2014 and helped mentor multiple All-Ivy League honorees.

Becker began her collegiate coaching career at Florida State, serving as director of volleyball operations from 2016–17. During her tenure, the Seminoles made two NCAA Tournament appearances and advanced to the Sweet Sixteen in 2016.

A Tulsa, Oklahoma native, Becker spent much of her upbringing in Springdale, Arkansas. She was a three-year starter at Austin Peay State University, competing as both a setter and opposite. Becker earned two all-tournament selections, was named the 2015 team MVP, and remains among the program’s career leaders in assists (7th) and total blocks (16th).

She graduated magna cum laude from Austin Peay in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations and earned a master’s degree in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia University Irvine in 2017.

Becker resides in Little Rock with her husband, Mike, and their daughter, Nora.

SCHOLARSHIPS

We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.

Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
