ALL SKILLS DAY CAMP

- Program: This All Skills camp offers high-energy training focused on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Athletes will build a solid foundation and boost confidence in a positive, energetic environment.
SERVING & PASSING CLINIC
- Dates: June 13
- Coached by: Michaela Ahlenslager
- Daily Hours: 9:00am-12:00pm, each day
- Check-in: 8:40am on day 1
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring snacks and plenty of water to camp each day.
- Program: This Serving & Passing clinic is designed for players to improve the strength of their serve and effectiveness of passing. The serving portion of the clinic will focus on the various techniques of serving, along with improving consistency. The passing portion of the clinic will focus on various passing techniques for both front row and back row passers, as well as all-around ball control techniques for all positions. At the last hour, campers will participate in gameplay. Recommended for all players and positions.
SETTING & ATTACKING CLINIC

- Daily Hours: 9:00am-12:00pm, each day
- Check-in: 8:40am on day 1

- Program: This Setting & Attacking program is designed to focus on the basic fundamentals of setting and attacking. The setting portion of the clinic will focus on mastering hand positioning, follow-through, footwork, and decision making. The attacking portion of the clinic will focus on mastering their approach, footwork, and arm swing. Hitters and setters will be combined for maximum repetition, drills, and live game play. At the last hour, campers will participate in gameplay. Recommended for players of all abilities.
DEFENSE CLINIC

- Daily Hours: 9:00am-12:00pm, each day

- Program: The Defense program will help you work on your defensive stance, your transition movement to be more efficient so you can reach more balls and digging form and floor moves. We will break down all aspects of defense so that you feel more confident in your backrow skills! At the last hour, campers will participate in gameplay. Recommended for all players and positions.
TRANSITIONS & GAMEPLAY CLINIC
- Dates: July 20

- Daily Hours: 9:00am-12:00pm, each day
- Check-in: 8:40am on day 1
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring snacks and plenty of water to camp each day.
- Program: This Transitions & Gameplay program will help you improve your footwork, timing, and court positioning to move efficiently between offense and defense. Through game-like drills, you'll gain confidence in making quick decisions and executing plays in competitive situations. At the last hour, campers will participate in gameplay. Recommended for all players and positions.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided; please bring a sack lunch to camp each day.
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Volleyball Camps t-shirt and prizes. *1-day clinics excluded.
- Volleyballs: Volleyballs are provided for instruction during camp. Campers may purchase a Camp Volleyball at the time of registration, which will be given out on the last day of camp. Fun tip: Have your camp friends sign your ball before you leave!
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Groups based on age are formed before camp begins, and adjustments are then made based on skill, per the Director’s discretion. Kids will stay in groups to form relationships, build community, and learn drills/skills
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own kneepads and have at least one pair of well broken-in volleyball (court) shoes. Campers do not need to bring their own ball.
- Facility: Indoor courts
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
- Athletic, on-court clothing (t-shirts, shorts)
- Indoor volleyball shoes, well broken-in
- Knee pads
- Long hair should be tied back
- Water bottle
- Personal hygiene products
- Small gym bag/backpack
- Packed lunch and snacks
- Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNTS
If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $45 discount. Discounts are not available for camps priced at $250 or less. Please fill out the Team Discount - Volleyball form and we will create a unique discount code for your group.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
