Get ready for an exciting experience at our summer volleyball camp in Rockford! Open to boys and girls ages 10-16, this camp is perfect for players who love the game and want to sharpen their skills.
Led by Rock Valley College Women’s Coach, Kristy Pierce and her amazing staff, campers will learn new techniques, grow their confidence, and enjoy plenty of volleyball action. Make new friends, have fun, and take your game to the next level at our Illinois volleyball camp this summer!

- Attend multiple sessions! Campers are encouraged to attend multiple sessions! Each program delivers something unique to help players excel in all areas of the game.
CAMP OPTIONS
Please note: Camp schedules and details may be subject to change. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff and placed into groups based on age and ability level.
All SKILLS DAY CAMP
- Dates: June 9-13
- Daily Hours: Day 1-5 9:00am-2:00pm
- Check-in: 8:30am on Day 1
- Check-out: 2:00pm
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch to camp each day
- Program: This All Skills program offers high-energy training focused on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Athletes will build a solid foundation and boost confidence in a positive, energetic environment.
POSITION SPECIALTY CLINICS
- Serving/Passing Clinic: June 9 (Day 1)
- Setting/Attacking Clinic: June 10 (Day 2)
- Digging/Passing Clinic: June 11 (Day 3)
- Serving/Passing: June 12 (Day 4)
- Daily Hours: 2:00pm-3:30pm
- Check-In: 1:30pm
- Program: The Position Specialty program is geared towards players wanting to hone their skills in a specific position. Campers can choose to attend the Serving/Passing Clinic, Setting/Attacking Clinic, and/or Digging/Passing Clinic to receive specialized training on the latest techniques.
*Campers are welcome to join the All Skills camp as well as the Bonus Clinics and will stay at camp from 9:00am-3:30pm Day 1-4 for an additional $25 a day.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions.
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch to camp each day
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Volleyball Camps t-shirt and prizes. *1-day clinics excluded.
- Volleyballs: Volleyballs are provided for instruction during camp. Campers may purchase a Camp Volleyball at the time of registration, which will be given out on the last day of camp. Fun tip: Have your camp friends sign your ball before you leave!
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director’s discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own kneepads and have at least one pair of well-broken-in volleyball (court) shoes. Campers do not need to bring their own ball.
- Facility: Indoor Courts
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
- Athletic, on-court clothing (t-shirts, shorts)
- Indoor volleyball shoes, well broken-in
- Outdoor athletic shoes
- Knee pads
- Water bottle
- Personal hygiene products
- Small gym bag/backpack
- Packed lunch and snacks
- Spending money
- Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNTS
If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $45 discount. Discounts are not available for camps priced at $250 or less. Please fill out the Team Discount - Volleyball form and we will create a unique discount code for your group.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

SCHOLARSHIPS
We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.
Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

Campers will train on the indoor courts at Rock Valley College in Rockford, Illinois.

Many campers will attend more than one session to further refine their skills, compete against new players, or choose a session with a different program focus.
