Camp Details

Training and tournament play take place on two lighted artificial Field Turf surfaces. Campers train individually in all of the major fundamental areas of the game: hitting, 1v1 elimination skills, passing, scoring and defensive skills as well as offensive and defensive corner play. Players are grouped appropriately by age and ability. Teams attending together train and compete together in games and practice sessions. See more information about our team discount in 'more details'.

A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a list of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the Spring. Our health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.

Definitely coming back

The Nike Camp improved our daughter's stick handling, passing and shooting skills significantly. The coaches provided individual instruction for different skill levels and taught each girl the importance of different positions. Each team also had the opportunity to play girls at a higher skill level, which in turn, helped to develop their playing skills. Most importantly, our daughter had a wonderful time and enjoyed herself. We will definitely be enrolling our daughter in this camp in the future.

Compassionate staff

I sent two of my children to camp and one was extremely homesick. The staff was so caring and compassionate and did everything they could do for my child. That was a very comforting feeling as a parent. In the end, my two girls had a great time and learned how to become a better field hockey player.

Fun experience

This camp was a really fun experience. I made a lot of new friends, improved my field hockey skill, and also had coaches that gave me advice. The schedule was tiring, but it really pushed you to the limit and helped you do your best. The coaches really care, and they are a great help.

Excellent teaching

The July 2013 Lawrenceville School Nike Field Hockey Camp was a great experience for our daughter! The Coaching & Camp Director Staffing was excellent in teaching the sport and working with our daughter on trouble areas. Registration and dismissal were a smooth organized process and the dorms provided a safe and comfortable space for her stay. The overall Field Hockey Training was first rate and supported by the lasting friendships made with those sharing in the experience!!

We will be back

My 11 year old is shy and quiet, I had reservations about sleep-away camp. At the end of the session she did not want to leave. The level of instruction she received was very impressive, she got a lot of field time and made some new friends..we will be back next year!

Great for all levels

My daughter has attended for the past three years and she loves it. The coaching has met her needs from a middle schooler to a varsity player!

Recommended to my team

This camp was very good. I learned new skills and improved old ones throughout the week. Coaches where very well informed and answered all questions I had politely. Work regiments where punishing but fair. I made many friends here and met interesting people. Overall I had a lot of fun. Facilities where clean and well kept, and the food was very well prepared. I would recommend this camp to all of my team mates.
