We are an all-inclusive, 7-day summer ski camp located on Mt. Hood, Oregon determined to show you the best time of your life. Thanks to Mt. Hood’s Palmer Snowfield and massive winter snowfalls, we are able to ski all summer long! We offer five 7-day-long summer camp sessions staffed by over 100 dedicated and professional individuals who are eager to share their love of skiing, skateboarding, and spending time outdoors. Every session at Windells offers the same world-class freeskiing coaching and cutting edge facilities, both on hill and off.
Speaking of "a lot of snow," Mt. Hood averages over 500 inches of snowfall yearly, and up on the Palmer Snow Field, it's not uncommon to reach snow depths of 30-50 feet (yes, feet!). On top of that, unlike many ski resorts in North America, Timberline relies on 100% natural snowfall, meaning you can shred REAL SNOW all year long.
Note: US Sports Camps, Inc. and Nike, Inc. are not sponsors, co-sponsors, owners or operators of the Windells Ski Camp. Windells Ski Camp is owned and operated by Milepost35 Mountain Bike Camp. NAME OF PERSON PICKING UP UM’S AT PDX
When traveling as a UM, most airlines require additional information about the person meeting your UM. If they will not accept this, please give them “Hannah Bellenbaum” (our airport manager) in place. One week before the start of your session our office will email you with the exact name of who will be meeting your child at the gate. After providing you with this information, it’s crucial that you update the information for the airline. If they need an address, it is: 59550 E US 26, Sandy OR 97055
Our campers utilize Timberline’s Freestyle Training Park. The park is located high atop Mt. Hood's Palmer Snowfield, where—thanks to elevation and geographic positioning—the area is able to collect and maintain snow (a lot of snow!) the entire year. In addition to the Freestyle Park, Timberline boasts over two miles of "skiable" terrain, accessible via two high-speed quad chairlifts throughout the summer months.
Parents can rest easy knowing that Windells campers stay in a tobacco- and alcohol-free environment and are supervised around the clock by friendly, helpful, and trained staff members. Our entire campus is private, and campers aren’t permitted to leave camp boundaries unless under SuperVision™.
