Arizona Holiday Pro Baseball Hitting Camp - December 27, 2024

- Meals: Meals are not provided. Please bring a snack to camp.
Arizona Holiday Pro Baseball 3-Day Camp- December 28-30, 2024
- Check in: 9:30 p.m. Thursday
- Ages: 7-18
- Times: 10:00am-3:00pm
- Meals: Meals are not provided. Please bring a lunch to camp each day.

- Hitting stations including Soft toss, live, tee work, hitting disk and more
- Situational hitting including bunting
- Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are initially grouped by age and moved around accordingly based on skill level.

VIDEO ANALYSIS
Players will have the option to be evaluated personally with Video Analysis software and have the chance to have hitting, pitching and/or fielding broken down by a Professional Instructor. Professional Instructors will provide an evaluation of feedback, changes and recommend drills to help you improve. More details will be sent as we get closer to camp.

What will I Learn in the Pro Holiday Camp
As a player you will be evaluated by a professional eye and receive hands on, intense baseball training. Our goal as a staff is to provide you with the tools to better your game, increase your knowledge, skill and confidence and assist in getting you to the next level of play and beyond.

- Stance, Balance, Mechanics, Situational Hitting & Swing Path for hitting
- Mental preparation and Hitting Philosophy
- Hand-eye coordination drills for all aspects of the game
- Opposite field hitting (staying inside the baseball)
- Hitting with two strikes - Hitting Off-speed pitches
- Situational hitting including Bunting
- Base Running with Leads, Steals, etc.
- Infield play-corner play & middle infield play
- Infield mechanics, huge reps, tweaks, turns, feeds
- Outfield play - including throwing from the outfield
- Outfield play- routes, positions, jumps, footwork
- Pitchers throw during daily scrimmages
- Pitching - balance, delivery, pitches, grips & more
- Pitching mechanics with fixes all week-long
- Catcher Skills - receiving, blocking, throwing & more
- Daily scrimmage games to put all together!
Note: All players will also have the option to train in multiple positions and specific areas of their choice.
Daily Coaching Clinics
We will be conducting daily coaches clinics for all coaches and parents who are interested. Topics such as mental clarity, recruiting, hitting, pitching mechanics, catching and more will be covered daily in 20-30 minute mini sessions by our professional staff. A terrific opportunity not to be missed for all members of the family.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Baseball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a group of campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a discount. Please have someone contact the US Sports Camps office at 1-800-645-3226 with the names of each camper in the group and we will create a unique discount code for your group. Campers may then register individually through the website at their convenience and apply the offer code during checkout. *Discount amount varies by program. Please call for details.

Note: We welcome all parents and family members to attend, observe, follow players to stations, take notes, ask questions, videotape as well as take pictures. Please feel free to enjoy the experience along with your player.
Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
