Nike Baseball Camp at Northwestern Medicine Field, directed by Kane County Cougars

Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, fielding, base-running, and game situations. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

CAMP INFORMATION

• Dates: August 4-6, 2026
• Age Group: 7-12
• Camp Type: Day Camp
• Schedule: Tuesday 9:00am-1:00pm, Wednesday-Thursday 9:00am-12:00pm, Thursday- GAME vs Cleburne Railroaders!
  
• Check-In: Begins 30 minutes prior to the camp start time. Campers will check in & enter through gate 3 (there's plenty of parking up front near gate 3).
• Meals: Lunch will not be provided. Short lunch break on Tuesday, 8/4. Campers should bring their own lunch. If fridge access is needed, please mention at check-in.

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY

• Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio

• Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion.

• Facility: Outdoor Fields.

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. Please note that US Sports Camps does NOT provide equipment and is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

• Small gym bag/backpack

• Athletic clothing: t-shirt, shorts, baseball pants (recommended)

• Warm-up jacket

• Hat

• Cleats & sneakers

• Baseball glove

• Helmet

• Catchers gear (if applicable)

• Sunscreen

• Water bottle

• Packed lunch and snacks

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRAVEL

Nike Baseball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.

TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT

If you have a team or group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper may be eligible for a discount. To receive the group discount, please have someone email US Sports Camps at [email protected] with the following information: Camp name, list of camper names, and the number of campers. We will respond with a unique discount code for everyone in the group to use during online registration. *Note: Discount amounts vary by program, so please reach out for more details.

Director's Note to Campers

"The Kane County Cougars are excited to continue playing a role in the support and growth of baseball in the community. This camp provides an awesome opportunity for young players to train and interact with professional baseball players and coaches, with a focus of the camp being on skills, techniques, and knowledge of the game that we love. Work with our Cougar players and coaches during camp each day, and then join us for a game vs the Cleburne Railroaders on August 6th."

Northwestern Medicine Field is a baseball field located in Geneva, Illinois. The stadium was built in 1991 and holds 10,923 people. It is the home ballpark of the Kane County Cougars. The stadium has the highest capacity for any independent league baseball stadium.
