This summer, the Syracuse Mets, the Triple-A Affiliate of the New York Mets and a proud member of the International League, are excited to host the Nike Baseball Camp at NBT Bank Stadium in Syracuse, NY. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, this camp offers a unique opportunity to learn from professional athletes in a top-tier facility.
The Syracuse Mets are dedicated to helping players of all levels hone their hitting, fielding, base-running, and overall game knowledge. Campers will get hands-on coaching from experienced pros and leave with invaluable skills to elevate their game. Beyond just baseball, this camp is about building confidence, teamwork, and making lasting friendships.
Plus, campers will get the chance to attend a Mets game against Charlotte – a perfect way to round out an unforgettable experience!

Camp Details
Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, fielding, base-running, and game situations. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

2025 SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION
- Dates: August 7-9, 2025; Syracuse Mets game vs Charlotte on August 9th - Includes Fireworks Night (camper ticket provided).
- Age Group: 7-13
- Camp Type: Day Camp
- Schedule: Thursday, 9:00am-1:00pm; Friday-Saturday, 9:00am-12:00pm; Saturday - Syracuse Mets vs Charlotte Game! - Includes Fireworks Night (camper ticket provided)
- Check-In: Begins 30 minutes prior to the camp start time.
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Campers bring their own lunch on Thursday August 7th.

- Daily Baseball Instruction
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
- Nike Baseball Camp T-Shirt, Cinch Sack, Wristband, Sticker, and potentially other prizes!
INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion.

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. Please note that US Sports Camps does NOT provide equipment and is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
Small gym bag/backpack
Athletic clothing: t-shirt, shorts, baseball pants (recommended)
Warm-up jacket
Hat
Sneakers ONLY - Cleats are NOT allowed (turf field)
Baseball glove
Baseball bat
Helmet
Catchers gear (if applicable)
Sunscreen
Water bottle
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Baseball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a team or group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper may be eligible for a discount. To receive the group discount, please have someone email US Sports Camps at [email protected] with the following information: Camp name, list of camper names, and the number of campers. We will respond with a unique discount code for everyone in the group to use during online registration. *Note: Discount amounts vary by program, so please reach out for more details.
