Nike Baseball Camp with Scrap Yard Sports is a fun, intensive camp where campers take their baseball game to the next level. Outside of Houston, Scrap Yard Sports Facility is a top-notch location for summer baseball. All facets of the game are covered and campers will create lasting summer memories and leave camp feeling confident in the new skills learned.

Austin began playing baseball at the age of 5. His love for the sport quickly grew, playing travel baseball and high school baseball until he graduated from high school in 2020. After much consideration, Austin made the decision to pursue his studies and his love of coaching baseball.

Sarah Draheim is the Director of Operations at Scrap Yard Sports.
Camp Details
Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, fielding, base-running, and game situations. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

2025 SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION
- Dates: June 16-19, 2025 | July 14-17, 2025 | July 28-31, 2025
- Age Group: 5-12
- Camp Type: Half Day Camp & Day Camp
- Beginner Camp Times: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am-12:00 pm,
- General Skills Times: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am-3:00 pm
- Check-In: Begins 30 minutes prior to the camp start time.
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a snack/lunch to camp each day.
- Aftercare: For full day campers this camp offers aftercare from 3:00pm-4:00pm following each day of camp. All 4 days can be purchased for an additional $100.00 fee. (Note: you cannot purchase aftercare for individual days).

- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion.
Facility: Outdoor Fields. Indoor facilities are available during inclement weather conditions.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Baseball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a team or group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper may be eligible for a discount. To receive the group discount, please have someone email US Sports Camps at [email protected] with the following information: Camp name, list of camper names, and the number of campers. We will respond with a unique discount code for everyone in the group to use during online registration. *Note: Discount amounts vary by program, so please reach out for more details.
