Improve your skills at the Nike Basketball Camp at East Bridgewater School in summer 2024! This camp will focus on fundamental development, team play skills and strength & conditioning techniques to help elevate your game.
A Step Ahead (ASA) Nike Basketball Clinics are designed for the player looking to improve their game and basketball IQ. Emphasis is placed on fundamental development, shooting, offense/defense, team play, and more.

Co-Director Erik Williams
Erik has been committed to the game of basketball his entire life. After a successful, decorated and highly recruited high school career playing for Sacred Heart High School in Kingston, MA, Erik went on to play in the NESCAC at Bates College in Lewiston, ME.

Co-Director Andrew MacDonald
Andrew MacDonald is currently a health and PE teacher in East Bridgewater where he is the Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach in addition to the Boys Varsity Basketball Coach and has a career record of 84-47 as a head coach.

The ASA Hoops coaching staff is made up of some of the most talented and seasoned coaches in New England! All of the ASA coaches are trained and registered to ensure all campers receive high-quality instruction in a fun and safe environment.

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION
ASA and Nike Basketball Camps are geared for all ages and abilities. Campers are expected to work hard, be receptive to coaching, exhibit discipline, have a strong work ethic, and be serious about basketball. As a staff we pride ourselves in being a teaching camp first with scrimmages and contests will take place throughout the week. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability. A closing ceremony will take place on the last day prior to check-out for full day campers. Parents are invited to attend the closing ceremony!
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most clinics have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the clinic to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
