Formerly named Louetta Automotive Sports Complex, this camp at Sun Auto Sports Complex is the perfect place to make new friends and work on your footwork, ball handling, and shooting technique with high-energy coaches in an encouraging environment.

Director Keary Brownlee
Coach Brownlee has been involved with playing and coaching basketball for over half of his life. Brownlee's coaching accolades include being named Coach of the Year for Toombs Co., and Assistant Coach of the Year twice for Tift County High School.View Keary's Bio ⟩
After a successful campaign as an assistant coach, Brownlee was named head coach at Toombs County High School in Lyons, Georgia. His impact was immediate as he guided the Toombs County Boys Basketball team to the state playoffs for the first time in over a decade, and beat the town rival who was number one in the state at the time.
During his tenure as a head and assistant coach, Brownlee has helped develop his players to reach their highest potential and placed numerous student-athletes in junior college, Division I and Division II programs, many of whom received scholarships.
In his post-collegiate years, Brownlee spent 12 years coaching at the high school level. His coaching career begin as an assistant coach at Tift County High school where he helped lead the team to two State Final Four appearances in six years.
Brownlee went on to earn Region 23 Player of the Year at Meridian Community College and earned a Division 1 scholarship to play at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Originally from Tifton, Georgia, Brownlee was a standout high school basketball player at Tift County High School and was an All-State performer and Conference Player of the Year. His strengths in coaching are strategy, relationship building, and development.
Camp Director Henry Sims
Coach Henry Sims is entering his inaugural year as the assistant coach of HPU after completing his 15th season as a high school basketball coach. Coach Sims is more than a result-driven Coach.View Henry's Bio ⟩
He is a Coach who believes in fundamentals, player development, scholarship and character which has resulted in professional basketball careers, athletic scholarships, and high achieving individuals.
"My capacity to develop and lead is built on my experience as a standout district and state high school student athlete, member of the United States Boxing team which was selected to compete in the Olympics, and over 25 years of grassroots and scholastic coaching that resulted in a state championship. In addition to these athletic experiences, I am also a certified Life Coach, Professional Coach and Anger Resolution Therapist. My philosophy starts with a strategic method of preparation with a focus on dedication and hard work which sometimes is non-traditional but effective."

Ultimate Champions Basketball Academy was founded by National Nike Sports Camp Director Terrence Jones. Headquartered in San Antonio, TX, Ultimate Champions hosts Nike Basketball Camps over spring, summer, and winter break throughout Texas, New York City and most recently, Baton Rouge. Their vision is to help players enhance skill development, athleticism, explosiveness, and overall game through positive and challenging instruction.

ONLY AVAILABLE ON FRIDAY? Put your shooting skills to the test and join us only on Friday, from 1pm-4pm, for the Shooting Clinic!
Lunch is not provided. Please bring a packed lunch or lunch money. A concession stand will be open for lunch and drink purchase.
FRIDAY ONLY SHOOTING CLINIC
In the Friday Shooting Clinic campers will cover shooting psychology, the three phases of shooting, and shooting off the dribble and catch! The clinic will run on Friday after the Complete Skills camp ends, from 1pm-4pm, for $49.
POST-CAMP PERSONALIZED SKILLS ACADEMY
In Post-Camp Training Personalized Training, Ultimate Champions will be offering skill-specific training catered to the need of each player. The focus is to find out the challenge area of each player and spend the entire session working to improve the challenge areas. It will run Monday-Thursday, from 4pm-5pm, and be $40 (for all 4 days). *Only available for Complete Skills campers.
Ultimate Champions Philosophy
In order to be successful there has to be a strong foundation. If a builder is building a house, he must have a strong foundation in order for the house to stand properly over time. Well, the same is for basketball. There must be a strong foundation in fundamentals for continuous individual improvement. In addition to an emphasis on skill development, camp will also aim to improve each players athleticism and explosiveness.

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
