This one-day clinic starts with the basics and develops into more complex shooting mechanics that are transferred into game situations. The clinic will focus on “BEEF” fundamentals (B-Balance, E-Eyes, E-Elbow, F-Follow through, Ball Handling clinic). Foundations are established in Stationary Ball Handling that improve rhythm, feel, and coordination with the basketball. In this clinic, you will learn how to shift/set up the defender using your body and feet while incorporating tempo, control of defense, and accelerating into attack mode. As progressions take place, dribble moves are enhanced to incorporate dribble techniques such as: Hesitation, Cross-Over, Inside/Out, Trap, and Trap Dribble.
