ASA and Nike Basketball Camps are geared for all ages and abilities. Campers are expected to work hard, be receptive to coaching, exhibit discipline, have a strong work ethic, and be serious about basketball. As a staff we pride ourselves in being a teaching camp first with scrimmages and contests will take place throughout the week. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability. A closing ceremony will take place on the last day prior to check-out for full day campers. Parents are invited to attend the closing ceremony!
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact numbers, and a checklist of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the Spring. The US Sports Camps health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp. The State of Massachusetts requires a copy of camp participants’ most recent physical and record of immunizations, shots, etc., in addition to the US Sports Camps health and release form.
We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.

Exceeded my expectations
August 10, 2018: My 10 year old son's game improved significantly over the course of the camp. His confidence is higher than ever and he was super excited to get to camp early every morning. This has been one of the best camps he's ever attended....Truly exceeded my expectations.

Loved the competition
August 6, 2018: My daughter came home happy everyday and was very excited that she was allowed to play in the age group above her so that she could push herself more.

July 28, 2018: My daughter had a great experience. We loved the fact that the camp was focused on skill development. It was also wonderful that the staff encouraged effort and sportsmanship as a theme throughout the week. Our daughter will definitely be back next year. Also we would love to hear about other opportunities to participate in ASA teams and camps in the fall. Thank you!
