This camp is open to all abilities and includes a comprehensive week of high-energy drills, encouraging instruction, classroom discussions, and competitive scrimmages all formulated to help improve your confidence in the game and increase your basketball IQ.

Co-Director Chaisson Allen
Chaisson Allen, is a former professional basketball player and is a current assistant coach for the Capital City Go-Go of the NBA G League. Recognized as being great at skill development, Allen has had the opportunity to work with notable athletes like Kyrie Irving, Kyle Kuzma, Shaun Livingston, Draymond Green, and more.View Chassion's Bio ⟩
Before coaching for the Capital City Go-Go, Allen worked for University of Miami starting in 2016, first as a Graduate Assistant and then as a Director of Player Development in 2017-18. As Director of Player Development, Allen’s main focus was to create a plan to get players better on and off the court. While at the University of Miami he saw three straight NCAA tournaments and helped produce 8 pros in this time frame. Allen’s success while at the University of Miami has helped propel his career as he went from Player Development at the collegiate level to now being an Assistant for the Capital City Go-Go, the Washington Wizards G-League affiliate.
While over seas, Chaisson played professionally for five years in five countries; Israel, Turkey, Croatia, Poland, Greece. He played in the top leagues in Europe before returning to the US in 2016 after injuries.
Chaisson Allen is a native of Murfreesboro, TN who currently resides in Washington D.C. with his wife Shafannia Allen. Allen graduated from Northeastern University in 2010, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also holds his masters from the University of Miami in Sports Administration. Chaisson is excited for his return to Murfreesboro, TN where he grew up and played at Oakland High School, Allen is currently the 3rd all time scorer at Oakland HS.
Co-Director Kevin Harper
Kevin Harper enters his fifth year working at Elite Hoops Basketball. He is in his sixteenth year at Davidson Academy and his eighth season as Head Boys Basketball Coach, helping lead them to their first state tournament appearance in 2015.

They are dedicated to providing athletes with the proper training and tools necessary to help improve your fundamental skills, offensive and defensive moves, and overall game in a fun and motivating environment. In 2016, EHB directed over 50 Nike Basketball Camps across eight southeastern states (Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee) with over 3600 players in attendance! Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability. Parents are invited to attend the closing ceremony! Departure immediately following.
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact numbers, and a checklist of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the Spring. The US Sports Camps health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.
We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.
