at Nike Basketball Camps
Join us this summer to advance your individual and team play skills and make long-lasting friendships! This summer 2025 basketball camp will be held at the Sports Enhancement Academy - Verona and will be directed by former UW-Whitewater Assistant Coach Lou Chapman. Campers ages 14-18 can participate in the Advanced Skills Camp, while campers ages 8-14 can improve their game in the Complete Skills Camp.
The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.
The Advanced Skills Camp is designed for high school players seeking to elevate their game. This program focuses on advanced development, refining basketball fundamentals, and enhancing position-specific skills for post, wing, and guard players.

Camp Director Lou Chapman
Lou Chapman, former Lead Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, enters his tenth year directing his 3E Basketball Academy with Nike Basketball Camps. Chapman has varsity coaching experience with both girls and boys at the high school level, along with NCAA Division 1 coaching experience. Lou is currently a Physical Education teacher with Milwaukee Public Schools.

Co-Director Carlin DuPree
Carlin DuPree played Division 1 basketball for four years at North Dakota State University, graduating with a degree in University Studies. During his college career, DuPree made significant contributions, including clutch performances in the NCAA Tournament.

Co-Director Jarvis Garrett
Jarvis Garrett is a former Division I basketball player from the University of Rhode Island, where he played under legendary UConn Coach Dan Hurley and helped secure two conference championships and consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances. Finishing as one of the most accomplished seniors in school history, he ranks in the top ten for assists and has over 1,000 career points.

Co-Director Najeal Young
Meet Najeal Young, a Milwaukee native and former guard for the NBA G League Santa Cruz Warriors. An NAIA national champion, Najeal continues to play in basketball leagues worldwide.

Co-Director Duane Wilson Jr.
Duane Wilson Jr. is a seasoned professional basketball player known for his skill and leadership on the court. A standout from Dominican High School in Whitefish Bay, WI, Duane led his team to back-to-back state championships and earned a spot as a consensus top 100 player in the country. He went on to play for Marquette University, where he was a key guard for the Golden Eagles and made a significant impact throughout his college career.

Jackie Kolstad is a dedicated basketball trainer and coach with a passion for skill development and empowering young female athletes. As a collaborative partner with Sh3elite Experience and Girlzhoopz, Jackie works tirelessly to promote female basketball players and provide them with the resources and opportunities to excel.

- Coed Advanced Skills: June 16-19
- Co-Ed Complete Skills: June 16-19
COMPLETE SKILLS & ADVANCED SKILLS CAMP HOURS
- Check-in: Monday at 8am
- Closing Ceremony: Thursday at 3:30pm
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Lunch can be purchased at registration for $20.
- Daily Hours: MON-THURS 8:30AM-4PM
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided. Lunch can be purchased at registration for $20.
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Basketball Camps t-shirt and prizes. *1-day clinics excluded
INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion
- Facility: Indoor courts
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
BASKETBALLS
Nike All Court Elite Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $30. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not recommended to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

If there are any imperative changes prior to camp start, registered campers will be notified via email and this webpage will be updated!
PACKING LIST
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
COMPANY POLICIES
If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for any sport and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund. Cash refunds are given only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your balance due date.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
