In his first season at the helm, Mitchell guided the Greyhounds to an 18-12 overall record which included a 13-7 mark in the GLVC. Under his direction, UIndy claimed its first GLVC Championship Tournament victory in six years while making an appearance in the conference tournament semifinals. He coached a pair of All-GLVC Second Team honorees (Sadie Hill & Elana Wells) while his team led the conference in free throws made per game (16.87), free throw attempts per game (21.67) and free throw percentage (77.8).

A native of Elizabeth, N.J., Mitchell spent four seasons at Saint Peter's University in Jersey City, N.J. He took over a program that averaged more than 26 losses over the previous eight seasons and turned it into a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference contender. The culmination came in 2020-21 when he led the Peacocks to their first winning conference record since 2008-09 and first MAAC Championship Game appearance in nearly two decades. Mitchell was named MAAC Coach of Year that season, the program's first such award since 1999.

Mitchell earned his first NCAA head coaching job at Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham in 2009-10, and over the next nine seasons, he shaped the program into a national powerhouse. In 2013, he led the Devils to the first of six consecutive Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom titles and their first-ever NCAA tournament appearance, picking up MAC Freedom Coach of the Year accolades along the way.

The dream season came in 2013-14, however, when Mitchell was voted the Division III Coach of the Year after guiding the Devils to a perfect 33-0 record and a national championship. He tacked on a 29-win season and an Elite Eight appearance the next season and ultimately finished his tenure at FDU-Florham with six NCAA appearances and an 187-67 (.736) record as the program's all-time winningest coach.

In her two seasons at Dominican coaching the Stars, she helped guide the program to two consecutive Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) tournament appearances. Along with this, she also coached three first team all-conference selections, a second team all-conference selection, and a Freshman of the Year winner, the first in program history.

Following the 2021-22 campaign, Yu earned a spot on the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's (WBCA) prestigious 30 Under 30 list. This list recognizes 30 of the top up-and-coming women's basketball coaches ages 30 and under at all levels of the sport.

Before adventuring to Dominican, Yu was the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Coordinator of Athletic Facilities at City College of New York (CCNY). During her tenure at CCNY, Yu played an important role in the program’s player development and scouting while also serving as the coordinator for the Beavers’ community service events and recruiting efforts.

Graduating in 2019, Yu was a four-year letter winner and three-time team captain for the Hunter College Hawks women's basketball team. After winning just 11 games in her first season, the team improved up to 18 wins by her senior year and earned its first-ever NCAA Division III regional ranking.

Levy previously had served as Coordinator of Recreational Activities & Camps/Assistant Women's Basketball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at Dominican University, a member of NCAA Division III in North River, Ill., since July 2021. Before Dominican, Levy spent the 2020-21 campaign at DII member Davis & Elkins as an assistant coach.

Prior to D&E, Levy was a graduate assistant at Northwestern during the 2019-20 season, where he helped lead the Wildcats to a share of the Big 10 title for the first time in 30 years. Also at Northwestern, Levy cut scouting, game, and practice film in addition to assisting with on-court practice activities and working with the Director of Basketball Operations.

In addition, Levy was an advanced statistician and consultant for Knox College for the 2017-18 season and worked as a game day operations intern with the Chicago Sky in 2019, while most recently serving as a basketball camp coach with the WNBA franchise.

Levy graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics, adding minors in business and statistics, from Knox College in 2018. He completed his master's degree in sports administration with a specialization in sport analytics from Northwestern in 2020.
