Aaron Gray joined the UNH women’s lacrosse program as an assistant coach in October 2024. Gray has a robust lacrosse background spanning more than 10 years in coaching programs at various levels from Division I to high school. He comes to UNH from UMass Lowell, where he spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons as an assistant coach. Gray’s other coaching experience includes both varsity and junior varsity coach for the Sacramento Lacrosse Club in 2019. As the coach of both teams, he coordinated drills for various skill levels and met with all levels of the club to coordinate the overall vision.
In his first coaching stint at the collegiate level, Gray spent six years at Colorado as defensive coordinator for the men’s lacrosse team. Gray’s coaching journey began as an assistant at Miami Country Day School in 2012.
Gray graduated from Colorado in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and he earned a MBA in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in 2013.
