Aaron Hairston
Camp Coach

Coach Hairston brings a wealth of experience and a passion for developing athletes both on and off the field. His coaching journey began after a successful professional indoor football career with the New England Surge (CIFL) in 2007 and 2008.
Transitioning to coaching, he led the Connecticut Bearcats, a minor league football team in the NEFL, to back-to-back league championships in 2010 and 2011 as their head coach.
Driven by a desire to nurture young talent, Coach Hairston founded an athlete development program in 2010, dedicated to preparing male and female athletes aged 15-21 for the rigors of competitive sports. For ten years, this program focused on enhancing speed, agility, and sport-specific skills. He further expanded his reach by creating the Peak Performance online coaching program, designed to cultivate a stronger mindset and mental toughness in athletes aged 13-21.
As a performance coach and personal trainer, Coach Hairston combines his practical experience with a deep understanding of athletic development. He is a dedicated father of two sons, ages 15 and 10.
