Adam Gabbard begins his 4th year as the Director of Nike Soccer Camps in Milton, MA. Since joining Nike Soccer Camps in 2019, Milton’s Soccer camps have provided hundreds of athletes a platform and environment to develop the foundational skills to improve as a soccer player. Serving all levels of ability, Milton Nike Soccer Camps provide a fun, challenging, encouraging environment for all ages to develop as an athlete.

In February of 2022, Adam Gabbard was hired as Head Coach of the Bristol Community College Men's Soccer program, making it his first collegiate head coaching stop. He spent the 2019 & 2020 seasons in his second stint with the Curry College Men’s Soccer program as an assistant coach.

Prior to rejoining the Colonels’ staff in 2019, Gabbard served as Technical Director for Commonwealth Football Club in 2018. Prior to joining Commonwealth FC’s Technical staff, Gabbard spent the previous two seasons at Dean College as an assistant and more recently as the Associate Head Coach for the men’s soccer program. In those three years, Gabbard has helped lead the Bulldogs to their most successful seasons in school history with a combined record of 49-4-4 (.925).

As Associate Head coach at Dean College in 2017, Gabbard helped guide the Bulldogs to an overall record of 16-1-3 (6-1-0 In NECC Conference play) as well as earning a #5 Seed in the USCAA National Tournament. The Bulldogs progressed through to the National Semi-Finals, where they would eventually fall in sudden death penalties. In addition to coaching athletes Dean in 2017, Gabbard also served as Associate Head Coach for the Boston Rams Academy U19’s, Gabbard helped guide the Rams to an NESC Tournament Championship, as well as a Massachusetts State Cup Championship. The Rams then went on to the National Championship Series but then failed to qualify past the group stages.

During the 2016 season, Dean College finished the season with a 17-2-1 record and earned a #4 seed in the USCAA National Tournament in addition to breaking numerous school records in total wins, goals scored, fewest goals allowed, and five top 10 rankings in one season.

During Gabbard’s first year on staff with the Bulldogs in 2015, they finished the year as regular-season conference champions with a 15-1-0 record and finished the season #15 in the nation, leading the country in numerous statistical categories (goals scored, goals per game, goals against, goals-against average and shutouts)

In 2013, Gabbard returned to his alma mater, Curry College, as an assistant coach. During his time on staff, he helped lead the Colonels to their 3rd consecutive CCC quarterfinal appearance in four years (2013 & 2014). Following the conference tournament in 2014, the Colonels earned a bid to the ECAC Division III Tournament where they were knocked out in the Semi-finals.

In 2013, Gabbard worked for the Boston Rams (USL II) as an Assistant Coach, Director of Operations, Community Outreach Director and Director of Communications for three seasons. The Boston Rams served as the New England Revolution U23’s from 2012-2015

During his playing career, Gabbard was a three-year starter for Curry College from 2009-2012, leading the Colonels to two CCC Tournament quarterfinal appearances (2009 & 2012), where he captained the side during his senior year. Upon graduation, Gabbard received a degree in Communications.

Gabbard has worked with many clubs and programs during his career including, New Haven FC, New Haven Youth Soccer, Galway Rovers, Weymouth Youth Soccer, Sharon Youth Soccer, Milton Youth Soccer, Milton High School, Bulldogs Soccer Academy, Real Boston (PDL), The Boston Rams Academy (NSL), the New England Revolution Academy.
