Adriana Gilliam is the Assistant Volleyball Coach at Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Adriana Gilliam is currently the assistant volleyball coach at Franciscan University, working with both the women’s and men’s programs. She is a graduate of Bethany College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and completed a successful collegiate playing career. During her senior season, she was named to the All-Conference Sportsmanship Team and was part of two PAC Conference Championship teams, as well as two NCAA Tournament appearances. In addition to volleyball, Adriana competes in Olympic weightlifting and has earned her Level 1 coaching certification through USA Weightlifting. She ranks among the top 15 lifters in the nation and brings over eight years of competitive experience, using her strength and conditioning knowledge to benefit her athletes. Adriana has been with Ohio Valley Volleyball Company for five years, coaching multiple club teams, an AAU team in 2023, as well as leading clinics and private lessons. She brings strong leadership, passion, and a deep love for the game to every athlete she coaches.
