Allie Lamb

Allie Lamb joined the Santa Clara women's water polo staff as a volunteer assistant coach prior to the start at the 2022 season and was promoted to full-time assistant coach in April at the conclusion of the season. She is now entering her first year in her new role as head coach Claire Linney's assistant.
In her first season on staff, Lamb helped guide the Broncos to seven wins. Senior center Lauren Baglietto earned All-GCC Second Team honors after finishing in the top-10 in the conference with 40 goals.
Lamb joined the Broncos after serving as the head varsity and junior varsity water polo coach at The Harker School from 2010-2020.
A 2009 graduate of Santa Clara University, Lamb was a member of the Broncos' water polo team from 2006-2009. As a senior in 2009, she served as team captain and helped guide the team to their first-ever second-place finish in the league. She returned to the Broncos for the 2010 season as a volunteer assistant coach while working toward a graduate degree in Multiple Subject Credential with CLAD emphasis.
Lamb earned her Masters of Education from Concordia University, UCI in 2018.
