Mather currently serves as the men’s volleyball coach at Providence College and boy’s coach at Lincoln High School, where he emphasizes technical skill development, team culture, and academic accountability. Mather has also been selected as a featured coach at numerous volleyball camps and clinics across New England and Canada, where he provides advanced instruction in skill development, game strategy, and positional training.
