Annie Weaver Bio

Coach Weaver will be directing camp for the day session July 30-August 2. Coach Weaver played 2 years at Huntington University in Indiana and played 2 years for Anna Welsh at Southeastern University. She has been on Anna Welsh's staff for 2 years.

Staff workers will consist of current Southeastern University softball players.

As a junior at SEU, she was second team All-Conference. During her senior year, Annie posted a perfect fielding percentage. She played in three National Tournament opening rounds (one at Huntington, two at SEU), and she played in the NAIA World Series in 2016, where SEU finished third.

Annie Weaver is in her second year as the graduate assistant for the softball program. She played right field for SEU in 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. Prior to coming to Southeastern, Weaver played outfield at Huntington University (Ind.), and was on the Crossroads All-Conference team both years. She holds the single season hit record at Huntington with 89 in 2014.

Head Coach Anna Welsh is no stranger to the Weaver family as she has known Annie for over ten years. Welsh coached Annie's sister, Holly (Weaver) DuBois, at Bethel College from 2008-2012.

Annie is getting her Master's degree in School Counseling. She has a strong passion for helping others and for the game of softball. Combining both of these gifts, she hopes to work in a school system as a counselor and softball coach someday.
