Ben Beekman

Ben Beekman and Adam Schaechterle have been running tennis camps together for the past ten years at both Notre Dame and Pepperdine, sharing their expertise with junior players across the country. Beekman joins Pepperdine as the women’s tennis assistant coach for the 2024-25 season after serving as an assistant coach for Dartmouth College’s men’s team during 2023-24.
Previously, Beekman was a volunteer assistant coach for Notre Dame women’s tennis, helping the team reach its highest ITA ranking in years and secure an NCAA Tournament bid with a first-round win. He began his coaching career at Youngstown State, where he guided the men’s team to its first-ever Horizon League titles in 2021-22, achieving an unprecedented sweep of all four major All-Conference awards.
