Bob Dachille Lander University Head Womens Coach

Directing the girls camp is Bob Dachille. Coach Dachille is the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Lander University, in Greenwood, SC. This will be the 6th year Coach Dachille will be the Girls’ Director at the Nike Camp at Clemson.

Bob Dachille is entering his first season as head coach of the Lander women's lacrosse program. Dachille became the Bearcats' first women's lacrosse coach when he was hired in July 2018.

Prior to his arrival at Lander, Dachille spent four seasons as the head coach of Presbyterian. Dachille coached Maura Talvacchia, who finished her career ranked No. 2 on the NCAA Division I all-time list for turnovers caused. Talvacchia was a first-team all-conference selection in 2017 and led the nation in caused turnovers per game, while ranking third in ground balls per game along with goalie Kayla Koch. His 2016 squad led the nation in ground balls per game. Off the field, his Blue Hose teams excelled academically, earning Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Honor Squad accolades in all four years of his tenure.

Dachille served as the head coach at Erskine for three seasons before taking over at Presbyterian. The Flying Fleet set the school record for single-season wins in all three years under Dachille's leadership, making the Conference Carolinas Tournament in 2014 for the first time in program history. Dachille coached 2014 Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year Ali Cole as well as 10 all-conference players during his three years in Due West. Dachille's team was named to the IWLCA Honor Squad in each of his three seasons.

Dachille has served as camp director for lacrosse camps throughout South Carolina including the Nike Lacrosse Camp and Carolina Revolution.

Prior to coaching at Erskine, Dachille was an assistant lacrosse coach at Medway High School in Medway, Ma., where he helped guide the team to the second ever appearance in the state tournament. Dachille also spent one season as an intern with the Boston Blazers of the National Lacrosse League.

Dachille is a 2007 graduate of Wake Forest University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, while captaining the Demon Deacons' club lacrosse team for three seasons. He obtained his Masters in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University in 2010.
