On staff this summer is Brian Eisenberg. Coach Eisenberg is coming off two SCIAC Championship appearances in his first two years as he enters his 7th season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Women's Lacrosse coaching staff in the fall of 2023.

Eisenberg previously was the first coach for the Chapman University Panthers, leading that team to a winning record in the inaugural year of women’s lacrosse at Chapman which earned him Western Women’s Lacrosse League (WWLL) Division II Coach of the Year honors in 2009. In 2011, Eisenberg’s third season as head coach, the team went undefeated (17 – 0) to win Division II regional (WWLL) and national (WCLA) championships which earned him 2011 Coach of the Year for both the WWLL and WCLA Division II. In spring 2013, the Panthers joined the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) and competed at the NCAA Division III level, where they finished 14 – 5 and second in the conference, just missing the NCAA playoffs.

In the spring of 2012, Eisenberg spent one season with El Dorado HS Girls’ program, where he helped the team reach playoffs for the first time in the program’s history, making it to the second round. Since 2013, he has spent his time at Esperanza High School, where the team tied Newport Harbor for the league title in the spring of 2015 and was ranked as high as #5 in the county during the Spring 2018 season. In this time, he also founded, and has been developing, the NOC (North Orange County) Lacrosse program to help serve youth and high school players in the broader NOC area. In 2018, Brian also became a Co-Director for the So Cal Express Lacrosse Girl’s Club Program, serving top players from all of Orange County and beyond.

In addition to coaching, Eisenberg has also had the opportunity to work as a team manager with two local professional lacrosse teams, the Anaheim Storm 2004 – 05 (indoor) and the L.A. Riptide 2006 – 08 (outdoor). A Type 1 (Juvenile) Diabetic, from Baltimore, Md., did not let that hold him back from playing sports. A three-sport athlete in high school (ice hockey, soccer and lacrosse), he played both men’s soccer and lacrosse at Chapman University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in May, 1999. Eisenberg recently earned his Master of Arts in Leadership Development at Chapman University in December 2015.
