Coach Brian Kaplan began his career as a baseball coach/recruiting advisor in 1998 when he founded Allsports Recruiting Consultants, a service designed to help educate prospective college athletes and their families on every phase of the college recruiting process. Coach Kaplan’s journey in baseball has taken many turns since 1998. He founded LV Metro Showcases and the Las Vegas Metrostars Scout Team (2003 Arizona Jr. Fall Classic National Champions). Coach Kap, as he is commonly known has been part of many coaching staffs along the way including:

Coach Kaplan has also served as both a showcase evaluator and scout for several organizations including the Global Scouting Bureau, Independent Scouting Bureau, National Scouting Report and currently as an Associate Scout for the Chicago Cubs Baseball Club.

What Coach Kaplan holds dearest in his heart after 20 years in baseball is the large number of High School baseball student athlete’s he has been able to help onto opportunities in college and professional baseball. Coach Kap’s philosophy is “Work hard, prepare every day on and off the field and in the classroom, be a great teammate, control the controllable, put others in front of yourself and the rest will fall into place”.
