Camryn Rogers

Camryn Rogers (Cal) is the NCAA Champion and Record Holder in the Hammer Throw, along with representing Canada at the Tokyo Olympic Games, and winning Gold at the 2023 World Championships.

Rogers won gold at the 2023 World Championships, which was the first gold medal at worlds for a Canadian woman in 20 years.

In 2022 she captured a silver medal at the 2022 World Athletics Championships, becoming the first Canadian woman to ever win a world championship medal in a field event. A few weeks later, she captured gold at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England.

Rogers also broke the Canadian record with her throw of 77.67m to win her third NCAA title at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.

At the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, she finished 5th overall. She was the youngest competitor in the final by almost two years and was the first Canadian woman to ever advance into an Olympic hammer throw final.
