COACHING MISSION:
- As a coach I want to "finish the race well" being everything God wants me to be and allowing Him to do everything He wants to do through me. Finishing well is not measured by awards or recognition but by my willingness to listen to God's voice, focus on what He is up to with me, my teams and/or individual athletes, and believe in the end that I was used fully to impact people's lives for Christ.
- What do I value in my player's lives? Honesty and openness to struggle in their journey of knowing God, strive for excellence in their volleyball skills and life skills, accept their teammates and learn how to communicate effectively in relationships, and effect people's lives as they go out and mentor others.
- “Protect the team culture and winning takes care of itself.”
