His experience across Division I programs, championship‑caliber teams, and elite youth environments makes him an outstanding mentor.
.Kulas joined the University of Hartford coaching staff in 2011 and took over the program officially following the 2023 season after two years as Interim Head Coach. Before joining Hartford, Kulas played a key role in the rise of UW‑Green Bay, helping lead the Phoenix to four straight Horizon League Tournament appearances, including the historic 2009 campaign that delivered the program’s first‑ever tournament championship and first NCAA Tournament appearance in 26 years. In 2007, he helped guide Green Bay to a school‑record 12 shutouts while advancing to the Horizon League Championship Game.
