Baylor Associate Head Women's Golf Coach
Carly Ludwig
Associate Head Coach Carly Ludwig is in her sixth season with the Baylor women’s golf program in 2023-24.
She was hired by head coach Jay Goble on June 29, 2018.
Ludwig joined the Baylor staff after spending the previous three years as an assistant coach at San Diego State from 2016 through 2018. Prior to joining the SDSU program, she gained four years of experience as a head coach at Central Connecticut State from 2012 through 2015.
Over her first five seasons, Ludwig has helped the team to 12 wins, including ten in the past three seasons, which is the best stretch in program history. The former Symetra Tour player has coached an individual champion in each of her five seasons, including multiple individual medalists in two of the last three seasons. She has helped Elodie Chapelet and Gurleen Kaur garner a combined six All-America honors in her time with the Bears. Kaur became the first player in program history to be named an All-American in four seasons. Under Ludwig’s guidance, three BU players have been selected to six All-Big 12 Teams, and seven different players have made the All-Big 12 Tournament Team.
