Volunteer Assistant Coach
Caylee Waters
Two-time National Goalie of the Year Caylee Waters joined the Stanford women’s lacrosse coaching staff as a volunteer assistant in 2018.
In her first season at Stanford, she helped lead the Cardinal to the second-most wins in program history (15), the inaugural Pac-12 Tournament championship and an NCAA Tournament appearance. Under Waters, goalkeeper Allie DaCar was among the top 10 in the nation in goals against average, was named Pac-12 Tournament MVP and earned All-Pac-12 recognition.
Waters is a 2017 graduate of the University of North Carolina, where she helped the Tar Heels to the 2017 National Championship and back-to-back ACC titles in 2016-17. In August of 2017, she was the first overall pick in the inaugural Women’s Professional Lacrosse League draft.
Waters is a native of Darien, Conn., and was a member of the 2015-16 U.S. national team. A two-time academic All-ACC honoree, Waters graduated from UNC with a degree in Mass Media and Journalism, Advertising.
