Charlie joins us in 2021 as director of player development after completing a 7 year stint at Sockers FC Schaumburg where he served as academy head coach for U12 US Soccer development academy, academy manager for Sockers Naperville, and worked within both the girls and boys academy across all age groups. He also built the club curriculum for U12-U14.
